So far I have been met with avoidance and lack of accountability.

**FIRST RESPONDERS AND PUBLIC SERVANTS BE WARNED**
I'm seeking legal council, as this office wrongfully sent my medical expenses to collections and now my credit is affected and I'm accruing debt.
I served as letter carrier for the United States Postal Service during the pandemic and sustained nerve damage in my foot. The U.S.

Department of Labor approved my injury claim in September 2021, and since then this office has refused to submit my information to the accepted claim for billing no matter how many times I call and plead with them. It seems they didn't deem it worth the time required to handle billing with the US Department of Labor. The receptionist acknowledged that they have all the pertinent claim information I've given them on file.
I have given this office my accepted claim information over the phone many times, and have frequently called to clear this up after virtually each bill they've wrongfully sent me. Each time I call the receptionist tells me that the office manager is not in that day, so I explain my situation, give them my phone number and accepted claim information.

Then they apologize and say that the manager is the one that can handle it and that they will call me back. They never call me back, then when I get another bill the next month the process/negligence starts all over again..
This week when I called to speak to the office manager, of course the receptionist told me the office manager wasn't in today. I asked for the office manager's first name and she refused to give it. I asked what the purpose was of withholding the first name of the office manager and the receptionist told me she's "not comfortable" disclosing their first name.

Red Flag? She then tried to claim that my phone number was incorrect in their system. I'm familiar with the tactic of offices changing contact information, so I would leave my phone number with the receptionist each time I called.
Serving my country and community during the pandemic was one of the most grueling and disheartening experiences in my life, this office's negligence and utter disservice has only added to that trauma surrounding my injury and experience. It is clear that this office's priorities are far from that of service and ethics, but rather solely of profit.

I feel I have repeatedly been lied to and avoided by this office, and it seems the only reason is they don't want to expend extra time and effort to do the right thing communicating with the US Department of Labor. In addition to my physical ailment, I am now left financially debilitated and am seeking legal council for this wrong doing. Shame on this office for causing harm to its patients. FIRST RESPONDERS AND PUBLIC SERVANTS be warned, Broadway Foot Clinic's negligence and utter disregard will harm your life, and they will be rude and deceptive in the process.
