Horrible policies

We have over 50+ makeup classes due to a lot of last-minute cancellations from the program that range from no instructor to broken heaters, etc. Although I understand that things happen, the new policy of makeup classes expiring, no account freeze while on vacation, no convenient makeup classes for working families makes it hard to stay a member of British Swim. We have been a member since 2019 and would like to continue, but this is becoming a bit ridiculous.

I signed up for three classes before I left for few months overseas .

They maneuver it to a life time renewal and I just found out they were charging me for all the months I was out of the country and did not take classes.

Keep away from those guys!

I spoke to the owner that was very rude and said it is my problem..

That I should read their emails...??

Very unfair and fraudulent practice , taking advantage of unaware people

intentionally .

I am taking them to court and will let every credit agency know what kind of business these guys are running there. They make money on unattended students under LA fitness wings

Unprofessional British school Swim boca location

We bought my 11 month old son a Groupon to test out some classes and it has been a bad experience. When you buy the Groupon it doesn't state that you have to pick your class time in advance and that you will only be able to attend that day.

With an 11 month old we were looking for some flexibility. But we picked our days and showed up on time. After I had expressed this frustration to Jackie she seemed bothered by my comments. When we arrived at our next scheduled class she was completely rude to me & my son.

She acted as if we were not in the class and only addressed her attention to the one other child in the class. I have text messages proving the dates and times we agreed to yet she kept having the girls in the office email me and say we were done with our Groupon when in fact we had one session left.

At this time, I had already purchased a package at fui price and still she continued to lie or be unorganized both of which are unprofessional. I am seeking a refund for my package which we purchased at full price because it's not a positive environment for my son nor for us.

Lessons with British Swim School - Wellington, FL

I started my granddaughter at the British Swim School in Wellington, Fl in October. I paid monthly.

November after I paid for the monthly lessons I was told on November 5 (her scheduled lessons were Tuesdays at 5:00) that the school had to close because of emergency. November 25th I was told the school would be closed for the Tuesday class of November 26th. They left a message late at night and when I called back there was no answer. Her next scheduled lesson was December 3rd.

(Tuesday) When I took my granddaughter in for lessons I was told she was no longer in the class. I explained to them that it was an hour and 1/2 drive time each time the cancelled. They told me they put her out of the class because they put someone else in her place. I told them how could that be when they owed me for two classes.

They told me I would have to speak to the managers who were out of the country on vacation. At this point I just want my money for the two lessons I paid for and to let others know about shady business.
