This online ielts is new application. There are deficiencies in the exam entrance portal.
Although i entered the system before the exam time.

It was asked to take my identification photo instead of passport photo. I took my identification photo. I connected the lesson. My teacher told me to take my passport photo and to send an email to instution.

But it wasnt written that i needed to take my passport photo.While i was taking it, the system closed. I paid a lot of money.And i couldn't take this exam. I sent them a lot of email. But their teams said to me that they wouldn't make a refund .

But i only wanted to take this exam again. But they never helped me.

Their phone is wrong on their website.i tried to call, it says you dialed wrong number. I suggest you not to prefer this instution.

Preferred solution: I want to take ielts exam again. I want you to reschedule this exam.
