Brite smile doesn't work. Luckily, found a truly effective product
For some reason I feel like this product ruined my teeth. Perhaps even made them yellower. Luckily, I stumbled upon Supersmile (a brand that actually has consumer-benefit in mind) Check it out if you want whiter, healthier teeth: www.supersmile.com I use their ergonomic toothbrush as well as their electric toothbrush. They're both effective. Also, while I'm at work or traveling, I like to take some of their Quikee products along with me...this way I can be sure to always always always keep my teeth white. Can't believe how much money and time I've spent on products like Brite Smile.

Brite smile in southgate ate very unprofession
I agree with everyones complaint. I once went there and they Took so long to sent all the information medical ask for, once medical received the documents, medical sent me a letter stating they needed more information to approve my dental service. I decided to walk in the office and show them the letter I received from medical I dropped it off and the receptionist asked Me to come the next day and speak with Toni. When I went the next day, I asked to speak with Toni and when I did she said she never received anything during my dispute with them which took weeks of trying to get a copy of the letter I received by medical i was never able to get another letter and any dental service I also ran out of time during the time limit all medical participant had after the government announced that there would be no more medical

Bad customer service at Britesmile in Southgate ,ca
I have never waited so much on dental appointment for my son, the past 4 visit the wait has been 2-3 hours wait, it is ridiculous that this clinic is always behind with one Dental provider seeing numerous patients at the same time, the front staff, doesn't smile or greet you with a (Good morning do you have an appoinmtnet today?) My son had a 10am appointment and had his gums numb so that the dentist can due his fillings , left there to see other patients and did not return , I walk out of the exam room after my son said the injection was wearing off!!!. no more

Groupon and britesmile coupon, closed before coupon was used. ($180.)Will Groupon stand behind ?
Groupon sold the coupon, I went to use it and the three places had closed....Groupon is having other Dr.s do it... but, my coupon number and name was not on on the list. What now? anyone know? It was suppose to be honored untl Nov 23, 2010. Groupon doesn't want to stand behind the coupons they sell, and I did pay a large amt. for this. I am begining to wonder who the *** agent really is , Groupon or Britesmile....Any help from anyone in the same situation? If Groupon won't stand behind the coupons, then they shouldn't sell them.

I live in Chicago area and I'm a former britesmile customer for 2001. BriteSmile closed early 2010 in the Schaumburg ILand Downtown Chicago locations.
I own a Teeth Whitening Spa in Schaumburg and bought the old phone number of the location in Schaumburg. We got tons of calls about Britesmile taking client money and also Groupon buyers who never got what they paid for. As a business owner and consumer I have been recommending former Britesmile clients to dispute the credit charges.

Jeff Nourse from BRITESMILE is a *** Man
Afer doing a PR project with Jeff Nourse from Britesmile in 2009 our small firm sitll has not been paid, or even heard from the CEO. We hear the the company has been sold, and Jeff Nourse has fled to Toronto and away from other debtors and upset customers. I have to note that our work for this company was compeleted to prfection with a report sent to Mr. Nourse with a list of completed media hits. Yet doing PR for a failing company is hard when so many people complained of poor service and bad results. It's no wonder this company failed. jeff Nourse is a crook and failed business man who should think twice about going back in to business ever again.

I Had an appointment today at the southcenter location in Tukwila, Washington state. But to my surprise, they temporarily closed down their office. I don't know how long they've been closed for because they never called to inform me about it. I made a deposit with them for 9 sessions of hair removal treatment and im on...ly on my second, today would've been my third session. I'm a furious customer who needs some asnwers! It would've been fine if they called and tell me to do the session at another location BUT THEY DIDN'T!

Bright smile
I called Pinnacle Med Spa in Lynnwood today. Bright Smile closed their doors. This new compnay leased the space and has all the old records. They will finish your treatments with a service fee of 50$ per 1/2 hour session. At least it's something! They were very nice! I understand why they are appying this fee. I feel really bad for people that just bought packages with Bright Smile. I only have two treatments left thank goodness!!! I really struggled with getting an appointment after they changed from Pure Med Spa! They were always telling me that their hand piece was broken or they could not find my records! J

Took money out of checking account without authorization
Please be advised that this company is scamming you out of your money. Ordered Brite Smile...received Vivid White Smile. without authorization, 87.47 was taken out of my checking account.. Bank notified me immediately..Lucky to have stopped the charges and will be credited back the money....Also,bank will not lose anything either. Can anyone get me a number to contact these unscrupulous bastards. I will become there WORST NIGHTMARE Contact me at charlesfrancismiller@***.net Thank you and stay away from these thieving bastards. Also tried to contact number from brite white. Person on other end claimed they were not that company..I do not believe that and would ask for any ones help in order to get a hold of these immoral people

Fraud taking your money from the masses
My husband went on the internet to find My Ever Brite Smile. He ordered a sample for a tooth whitening system. They took at first a small amount of money out of our checking account. Then they took over $40.00 more the next two months. Plus you sign up for I BUILD WEALTH that you don't even know about and that they start taking our another $40.00 a month. Please do not sign up for this internet scam. They use operators to handle you phone complaints. They do not wish to give it back. But I did say that I BUILD WEALTH was sending us our $40.00 within 5 days. But I just did it now and I will see if it will come back on our account. We canceled our credit card we used. What a mess to go through. It seems for everyone who is trying to do good out there, there is some else trying to take advantage of your situations. Good Luck and stay vigilant for all our sakes. a wisdomfool

Brite Smile Ripoff
Worst place to get your teeth whitened, they burned my lower lip and I suffered for a week afterwards, their offer to compensate me was some toothpaste or 'their products' , I went to have my teeth whitened for a long weekend with an old girlfriend and ended up sipping through a straw for 4 days , in the end the whitening barely worked they were more concerend with trying to sell me veneers. Their representative was rude and unconcerend that I lost my wonderful weekend due to their incompetence , I am planning a lawsuit for my pain and suffering, do not use these crooks

Spent way too much money on package treatments at the BriteSmile in the DC area. They shut down unexpectedly and I cannot seem to find a number to get a refund.
DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY ANY MONEY- you will lose it! I plan to take legal action.

I have been living overseas for two years now and I haven't been back the to U.S. Shortly before I left and right before I got married (as in, weeks), I had my teeth whitened with BriteSmile. The service was fine, other than some pain and extreme sensitivity, which I could handle for the great results. My whitening touch-ups expire next month. I called a few months ago to tell them that I might not make the cutoff date (given the 10,000km of distance and exorbitant plane fares) and if there was any way to extend the expiration date. They said to call back closer to the date. I called today, one month from expiration date and they are refusing to honor my final service treatment, even though I paid nearly $400 USD for the service. They claim it is "NOT THEIR POLICY"! So, it's not their policy to honor their service agreement to you? That means if I want that final touch-up, I would have to pay another $400 dollars and potentially not be able to use them all because of where I live and their 'cut-offs'. At that price, you would think they would have customer service ethics and want repeat customers, which I no longer am after that.

Accepted return merchandise without crediting money.
After having extreme sensitivity from the treatment I decided not to use the follow-up whitening pens that I purchased. I returned them to the office at 57th street NYC. Lisi Chavarri accepted the merchandise but explained that there was no one there at the time with the authority to do the return credit. As per Lisi's instructions I called Abby (the manager) the following day. After several calls, Abby said that the refund had to come from Nicole at corporate. After several conversations with corporate where they assured me that it would be resolved, I still did not get credited. I wrote to the Chairman Anthony Pilaro who did not respond. Now I am working directly with my credit card company. Unbelievable that they try to scam me for $50 pens after I bought a $450 toothwhitening treatment!!!!

I wouldn't recommend Brite Smile to anyone!! I have been trying to recover a refund that is owed to me since Sept.
of '09 and all I get is the run around. Their customer service is a joke. They do not wish to refund my money even though services were never provided.
They are thieves.. :( :(

Brite Smile Teeth Whitening/ Loved it!
I just recently tried the Brite-Smile product and the results were absolutely fabulous! Unlike what I had heard, there was virtually NO sensitivity! I absolutely loved it, it only took about an hour to get my teeth pearly white, and there was no mess or pain. I didn’t have to fool around with trays or wait a month to get results. I have been drinking coffee for several years and I had noticed that my teeth had become kind of dingy-looking. I had done a lot of research into what would be the best procedure based on cost and results. Someone had suggested Brite Smile so I set a consultation. They were very helpful and I felt confident moving forward. After using this product, I was able to move up 7 shades, and once my boyfriend saw my results, he did it and saw an improvement of 9 shades! I am so glad that a friend suggested this process to me because now I have more confidence. So many people compliment me that I never miss an opportunity to smile. It was so worth it!

I got the yellow and white mottling which started to appear within 48 hours. Not happy and paid $520 too.
But some say Britesmile worked great for them. Just not me maybe.
You have calcium deposits in your teeth. Any whitening would cause that.
Felt like I've been going crazy and was the only one who ended up with my teeth worse off than when I started.
I always had the beautiful white smile and it's my signature thing. So I wanted to boost my best asset and get then even whiter- well I left Brite Smile with no change in tooth shade change.
It's been about two months and my teeth are quickly becoming YELLOW! I do not understand it, but I am really upset about it and not sure how to stop the yellowing...
Turned my teeth more yellow than before! Stay away and try something else.
I tried the whitener with trays, got great results. Never got my money back from Brite Smile, they don't honor anything!
Had my teeth "whitened" by Britesmile. I was in SO much pain for DAYS afterwards I couldn't eat or sleep.
Took 600 mg of Ibruprophen, STILL was in serious pain.
The results? SPECKLED TEETH! Yellow and white!
Looked horrible! Wouldn't recommend Brite Smile to an enemy!!!
