Incompetent receptionist and billing department.

I called and asked for May in billing. The receptionist put me on hold and next thing I hear is "leave a message." The receptionist did not let me know this person was busy, she just let me go into voicemail. Next thing I asked for a copy of my purchase agreement on a machine with an ongoing rental. After I drove five miles to pick it up I figured it was all therein the envelope. No it was not after going home to look at it. The terms and conditions on the reverse side were not copied. It did me no good. This company is just a lot of classical errors waiting to happen.
