Rod from customer service is an absolute abhorrent human being. Aside from the poor customer service which he didn't even ask what the issue was just redirected me back to the store, and he deliberately pretended he had a poor lien when the whole time he was laughing with friends (he seemed to be pub)what an appareling human being!

Hi I've returned my vacuum on 15th August at the Manukau mall store. I have sent multiple emails and calls as well but I have not received my money yet.
