I want to cancel my subscription. I am unable to login to my account ( keeps saying FAILED) When I try to call the number they tell you to call it says the number is not valid!!!

What a horrible company to do business with. I am definitely a passed consumer!!!

Unwanted product shipped

I did not request order for charcoal scalp oil that was sent. Cancel the order immediately.

I also emailed you previously requesting you to cancel the order prior to shopping. If this is not resolved I will contact BBB.

I need to soak to somrone

I call Briogeo because I receive an order that I did nit ordered. I place an order a couple of ago for 33 ounce hair conditioner.

But did MIT realized that it was a subscription which I did nit been. I called using the order #0323263 which was in the packaging skip. However when I tried to use the # to get a return slip it stated that the system did not recognized the #. I sent an email and they sent me a new #.

However, this morning they sent me a new order if the same conditioner. Please please contact me so that I can return both conditions.

I have an email trail and now going to calm the CC company and depute the 2 charges. This is unacceptable and I will mo longer order anything from your company.

Very poor customer service. Could not get help from anyone.

Would appreciate a phone call to resolve my issue. Happy with your product but not sure I want to continue being a customer since your company is not customer friendly
