Service
To Whom It May Concern,
Im writing to you regarding a poor experience that I had at your Marlton, New Jersey restaurant on November 4, 2021. Let me start off by saying I have been a loyal and regular customer for more 9 years.
I often recommend Brio for your Happy Hour, which I believe is one of the best around, as well as for dinner.
When I was at your restaurant on November 4th, it was for Happy Hour. There were 3 bartenders and a manager working behind the bar and I waited a very long time for my drink. Even on busier days, Ive never waited quite this long to get my first drink. When I was ready for my second drink, I waited an additional 15 plus minutes before one of the bartenders even asked me what I would like.
Let me preface this next part by stating what transpired by stating that I have a speech impediment.
I told the bartender what I wanted to drink, she said are you sure thats what you want. The way she said it implied that the delay in my speech reflected uncertainty on my part but I let that go. Then the same bartender also took my order for a hamburger. When I told her how I wanted it prepared, she actually started to mock me.
I was taken back and offended by this behavior.
I immediately sought a manager and noticed there was one behind the bar, her name was Michaela. Michaela overheard the interaction I had with the bartender. If at that time Michaela had offered an apology for what she observed and how upset I was, the rest of the situation couldve been avoided. Instead she made me feel even more belittled than the bartender by the condescending tone she used when spoke to me.
I asked Michaela for the phone number or email address for corporate, she said she didnt know it and I should use Google to find it.
I was beyond frustrated at this point and asked her to make my order to go since I no longer felt comfortable. Michaela assured me she would do so. Needless to say that 15 or so minutes later my order was served to me as if I was dining in. Now I had to wait yet again to get a to go container and then additional 15-20 minutes more just to get my check.
The behavior of your staff from start to finish was deplorable.
I was embarrassed, humiliated and feel uncomfortable returning to your restaurant. I can honestly say this is the worst treatment I have ever received.
When dealing with the public you will inevitably engage with clients from all walks of life with both physical and other impediments that should be handled with care, professionalism and sensitivity so as to not take away their dignity.
I know that times are challenging but employees like this will ruin your reputation, especially in a local community. It is my hope that by bringing this to your attention, you will address the concerns I have shared with you.
If you have questions or would like me to elaborate further please feel free to reach out to me directly.
Sincerely,
Jerry Barrett

Share my photos with you of the restaurants poor cleanliness standards
Dirty dirty dirty !! Sarasota had more employees than customers.
Employees all lined up drinking out of their styrofoam cups and texting on their cellphones - no WiFi- bartender states no WiFi since the new ownership took over ??
He encouraged us to use Capitol Grill WiFi ? I took pictures of the nasty conditions in the bar - can only imagine what the rest of the place looks like?

I went to the bar and I had to clean the bar myself with the cocktail napkins. Waited 20 minutes to order a drink.
Never offered a dinner menu which I wanted to have dinner because I was alone. Food is excellent I would recommend it to anyone. But the service sucks excuse me. So I just ordered whatever I can have the happy hour menu.
I would never never go to this restaurant again. Too much riffraff ,,,, Believe it or not I want to order dinner but the bartender was too busy talking to the girls. My check was $20 and I left $10 tip. No F N way when I go back there ..
very poor service.
Never never asked me if I would like anything else. Sorry to say this restaurant sucks.

Stay away
Much against my better judgement I went back to this restaurant with my 25.00 gift card sent to me by supposed manager Kaya Bozhinova due to my horrific experience in June. Not very generous (after dropping 200.00) but what the heck.
Everything that could be wrong went wrong. We had a reservation but once again the receptionist and greeter tried to seat us at the bar at the far empty end. When we objected they magically found us a seat in the main dining room saying it was full, which it was not, there were 3 empty tables. When we asked to speak to the manager Kaya came and apologized and asked if there was anything she could do and said she had been out of town so people didn't know how to be hosts or seaters?
Odd (later we were told there were two managers, one man and one woman? I think they just pick on people to be managers if customers complain) She offered us a drink, I don't drink so I asked for an appetizer. The drink and appetizer took 25 minutes to come. We then asked to share a meal the meal came and it was not split we had to ask for plates and split it ourself.
We never got bread or water refills. Now comes the really fun part when the bill came the "generous" gift card registered as 20.00 not 25.00 and the drink was on the bill. Once again we called for the manager. She said oh did you get 2 drinks?
No!!! Then I showed her my email that stated the gift card was for 25.00 and she tried to blame the poor waitress. How could the waitress do that it was a plastic card you ran through a machine. In a haughty nasty tone she said she would give us the whole meal for free, since the balance was 2.00 that was once again really kind.
She also said see you again, NEVER EVER WILL WE SEE HER OR THIS RESTAURANT AGAIN.
The food has also fallen in quality. Go to Maggiannos.

Hot ot burn alive
Brio at Tivoli Village Las Vegas review.
I am sorry to report that I had a terrible experience here last night and it was my birthday!!! It was 103 degrees outside and the front door was open.
The restaurant was hot,hot it must have been about 83 inside. I asked the hostess to please turn the air conditioner up and she told me that I was the only one complaining. How rude can you be. Meanwhile I saw employees fanning themselves with menus.
She finally told me that she asked the manager and he said he would adjust the temperature to 68 and see if that helped. CLOSE THE DOOR. If you can't adjust your temperature you should close shop and move on. We had already been seated and we did not want to relocate.
I was miserable and so was everyone else. There are more polite places.
I must say the waiter was wonderful his name was Yanni. I will stay away and suggest you do the same.

If you stayed and ate the food, you aren't entitled to a refund. However, I can't imagine a restaurant in Vegas not having the AC on and leaving the door open. I would have left as soon as I walked in.
You ate the food, therefore your claim of $120 cash loss will be dismissed immediately.Simply because QUOTE : "We had already been seated and we did not want to relocate." does not entitle you to a free meal and simply makes you appear lazy and petulant.
