As I have said before, as my Brinkman Q-beam issue has gone unresolved after many months of waiting, It will be a cold day in hel! before I or any of my faithful freinds ever buy a brinkman product again. Costumer service is the key to being succesful in this world we live in. Although my brinkman product makes a great paper weight! So i qeuss all is not lost. If you like expensive paperweights! Tried 800 number several times in is always busy tried 972 area code number not working. tried to get to web page computer could not load. I am trying to get a replacement charger for the million light. I am unable to find one any place on internet. Cannot contact mfg. I bought a Brinkman led Qbeam night vision rechargeable hand held spot light and used it for 1 month then it died. I tried to reach Brinkmann to no avail. Tried to email to no avail. Tried to reach website on owners manual to no avail. Just about now you can tell I'm getting pissed off. I own 55 of them and it will be a cold day in *** before I buy anything else from Brinkmann. I have your Brinkmann Qbeam Led Rechargeable spotlight. That does not re-charge anymore with the 120-Volt AC charger or with the 12-Volt DC Charger/Adapter. What can be done? This is the email I sent them and the email came back saying there was no response from their server. I'm not sure what to do now Dear Brinkman: I purchased one of your grills at Home Depot about 6 months ago and have used it, at most, once a week.
