Refuses to explain the charges

Working with Choice Home Warranty, they have been of no help whatsoever. We have been without A/C for three months now. Its 90-100 degrees here.
I have been without A/C for 3 weeks because my warranty company assigned Bring the Cool to assess the repair. It was the air handler, covered under warranty.
BTC wants $2651 for non-covered items. I have called/emailed BTC multiple times with no courtesy contact. My question to BTC was to explain the absorbent charges, they refuse. because my warranty company assigned BTC to my repair, Bring the Cool expects me to pay $2651 without any explanation.
I feel BTC is extorting me unless I pay the charges under inquiry. I recommend if you need A/C work, Do Not Use Bring The Cool Inc.
