- - Diffuser didn't work; no return label for a month, so I returned it.
- - They refused exchange or refund; customer service was combative.
We ordered a diffuser, that did not work correctly, and they refused to send a return label for over a month; so we sent it back ourselves. Now they are refusing to give us an exchange or refund.
This diffuser is junk and they are trash.
Every time we emailed them, we were met with combativeness and disrespect, so I had to tell them off.
This hands down is the worst company and customer service that I have ever encountered. Please stay away from the crooks because they don't care about anything but your money.
I have enclosed evidence that other customers have received a similar experience.
