They are awful. We are supposed to have various services once a month.

We are only getting them once every few months like irrigation, etc. If you call the office they say they will be out, or will get back to you. They LIE like a rug. Our development looks like a weed hole.

They are awful and just take the shortest route to get out of here. I would advise anyone in need of landscaping services to think twice before hiring them.

Tuesday October 6, 2022, 1:42pm: Brightview Landscaping company vehicle, northbound on US-1, between Key Largo and Homestead Fla: was doing over 100mph in a 55mph zone, passing other vehicles on the shoulder, passing in turning lanes, cutting off other vehicles, all while trash flying out of the bed. Contacted Company representatives TWICE, there was ZERO follow up, or ZERO communication from company administration. - Its just a matter of time, before your drivers kill some innocent person SMARTEN UP!

I called 3 different number and got the same recording each time. When I finally pressed a number for just anyone to help, stayed on hold for almost an hour trying to get someone to help me log into my account. When I did speak to someone we were still not successful

They killed three Bush's and were suppose to come out a month ago but never heard from them after leaving more messages. I am in an HOA in Bensalem, Pa.

and they have also not heard from them.

Very disappointed as they are a billion dollars publicly traded company. Poor customer service.no

They tried to change the scope of work after the contract started. They consistently do not show up.

They do mediocre work at best. They neglect areas that need attention. The work on areas that need no attention.

Their work ethic seems non-existent. The managers offer excuses rather than solutions.

This company does horrible work. They lie and think it's ok.

My HOA contracted with them to do an enormous amount of landscaping, aside from their regular contract. . We inherited them when they bought out the landscaper, and we already had a contract, Actually both contracts. As soon as BRIGHT VIEW took over, it all went downhill.

I my self had to pull out dead plants that they planted. They never water ,the mowing is horrible. They never ever pick up anything they either mow over it or around it. Furthermore, they never take care of the trees.

We have tree that are dying because they never get treated for bugs, and they never get fertilized or shaped. We have more weeds than grass.When I call to speak to someone, I'm either speaking to deaf ears or not getting answers.I could go on for hours. I would be remiss if I didn't tell everyone not to bother to use Bright View.

They are way too much aggravation and certainly not worth what you have to pay!!! We have just changed our landscaper.

The absolute worst "landscaping" company I have ever dealt with. Avoid them like the plague.

I live in a gated upscale community in southwest Florida and the HOA hired Brightview because they bid $250k less than the next company.

Well, you get what you pay for - totally non-compliant with the terms of the contract in terms of frequency of services.

Horrible quality, lax supervision, employees couldn't care less. Foot high weeds in front "lawns." If you complain, they put you on their blacklist of people who want a "perfect lawn" - no, I just don't want weeds and brown spots everywhere and rude employees!
