Time to contact the attorney general
Paying on time every time no internet!!!. My internet from the time they taking over has gone off and on more off than on if we all if we all write letters to the attorney general something can be done

Poor Customer Service
Have been trying to get phone/ internet service in our NEW Construction building since 6/2022. Have spoken to several Customer services rep with what needs to happen to get this service, but they don't seem to understand what needs to be done to get this service. We have had several appointments for the service tech to shop up between 8qm - 5pm, but they NEVER show up! We sit there ALL day waiting and EVERY time they are a NO show!!! It is beyond frustrating!! This is a Business and we can't get phone or internet service from our Local provider!!!NOT
User's recommendation: NOT to choose Brightspeed, but they are the ONLY provider.
