Therapist did not show for appointment
Therapist did not show for appointment. I waited 45 minutes which costed me money taking time from my job.
I work for a mental health organization and I know this is unacceptable. I also have screen shots of me waiting for her to join and screen shots of my sending her chat messages

Hopefully, that works, and they will let me know if my insurance provides coverage.
