I ordered a purse from your company on August 23, 2024. I received emails about its transportation progress until September 20,2024.
The product was located in Omaha. That is the last update I received. According to the tracking order, it was shipped from Finland. Where is it now?
I believe a month is an extraordinarily long time for a shipment to come to the United States! Can you research this and send me an update as soon as possible?
This is a birthday present for my granddaughter who will be turning 15 in less than two weeks! Your speediness in this matter will be greatly appreciated!

On 21/04/2024, the package arrived in Cyprus, but with the tracking number -593120****28973****, I can't track it and it still hasn't been delivered. Already, several packages with no alternative tracking number just disappear - not from your company. Please help me receive my shipment.
