I had not used my account in many years. The company updated logging to 2 step authentication with a text and listed my land line for the text.
So I couldn’t get into account. Plus the number listed for customer support on the site was a number that said, this number is not designated.I had to call Cigna (brighter profile connected to them) and have them find me a phone number, which I called.
Told to leave a message and would return my call. Called me hour later and fully resolved my issue.
My phone cal was not answered and when i call 888-300-**** it says, sorry this phone number is not assigned.
I need to get into my provider profile and correct some information but it is requireing a code be texted to my landline which cannot accept text.

Verified Reviewer |No communication and no replys
I have ordered the brighter braclet over 2 months ago and still have not received the bracelet. I have not got any email back or anyone reach out to me in regards to the braclet if i can have someone contact me back or send a new braclet i would greatly appreciate it. Also i will not recommend you guys to anybody poor customer service
