I agree with you, over 1 1/2 later I'm still not satified. They have been redone at least 4 times. I've been cheated and violated. I'm lost and don't know where to go from here. I spent $1200.00. The fit is horrible, they hurt, look like horse teeth, can't eat with them and they look so fake. I put them on suffering the pain went out thought I was looking cute everyone was able to eat, not me I was too ashamed to take them out in public. When I returned home my husband was having a poker game, my brother took one look at me and asked " what the *** do you have in your mouth. I was so embarrassed I went upstairs and cried.

I just want to say how very happy I am that I decided to go with brighter image lab I am a 38 year old woman in customer service . I have a broken. front tooth and it was embarrassing I went with brighter image lab and could not give it a more outstanding phenomenal review they gave me my life back.people have to remember they are doing this going on our impressions and photographs I had mine adjusted three times and I had patience and I am tickled pink with my new fantastic smile all of you that are complaining obviously are absolutely perfect on your first time out I would love to meet a perfect world where everything goes as planned.Another thing they don't look cheap they look like real veneers. I'm so happy .but I always had a good attitude.all my praise to brighter image lab keep up the great work...love yahoo

I have most of mr real teeth but they are not pretty so I ordered these about a yr ago. Were shipped in about 3 weeks. I always receive confirmation emails from them and customer service is good. I only wear these during the day and have gotten numerous compliments. Sure, the are whiter than my own teeth but the total difference is amazing. One of mr arches broke a few months later and I paid a fraction of the price for replacement. Had them in 3 weeks. No bad review here not understanding all the bad reviews. I have nothing but good service and if it isn't right they will fix the issue. They are not fake looking and look the same shape as my natural teeth. Have been a confidence booster for me.

Please listen to customers of BIL: This is a horrible company with very poor quality of workmanship....I purchased in March the upper arch replacement warranty and expidited shipping. Received first veneer 20 days after my impressions were received by them, they would not even stay in my mouth. So I ordered a replacement. I was sent another impression kit and the set was again not in the 14 day time frame...18 days after it showed my impressions received on their website......the set received from this set (the 2nd) set was beautiful, it fit perfect. A happy ending? No A NIGHTMARE!!!! They broke within a month. The inner left molar covers broke so I had a good fitting venner not broken for 23 days. I Ordered a replacement. :-) I was sent a horrible example of what I paid for. The veeneer was at least an eight of an inch from the top gum line. I ordered another replacement. I was sent another impression kit sent it and again was sent a veneer that broke in the same spot as the one before! I ordered a fourth replacement in July and ordered a replacement! I was told by a CSR to take a picture of the broken veneer and send it in and they would process the order. I received ANOTHER molding kit and sent it in thinking all was fine. NO! September 24th they sent me an email stating they received the impressions but not the broken veneer! WHAT???? NOW for those of you who have ordered this veneer to try to solve your problem let me tell you save your money and avoid a ton of stress this will cause. even though the veneer is broken it covers the damage on my to top front teeth now it is OCTOBER 22. I called them today and they are refusing to do anything until they receive this BROKEN veneer. BIL wants me to go without the veneer. I am so discusted with this company. I told the representative on the phone today I was considering filing a complaint with my home state attorney general.......WOW. NOW THEY SAY SINCE I HAVE SAID THAT THEY WILL STOP ALL PROCEEDINGS ON MY REPLACEMENT. WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS COMPANY.They told me in order to fix the situation I would need to purchase a second veneer for $299.......MONEY TRAP DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. After spending over $1000.00 With this company they are very poor business people. Its been 7+ months and the good fitting quality veneer I paid so much money for I have spent most of that time waiting for this company to show a shread of good business practices or any integrity. They don't care why should they they have my money.....don't let them get yours too.....thank you for reading. A Concerned dissatisfied customer.

Wait a minute, you think you dont have to send back the broken veneer? You had to be without anything when you waited for the initial veneer so whats the difference? You shouldve sent in the broken one and you wouldnt be in this position.

Lied to over and over with excuse after excuse. Byer Beware these are crooks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It has been over two months sense I sent your company $741 in good faith for Veneers. I have communicated with you and several other of your associates concerning the promised delivery of your product only to be put off. Stephanie last week on Thursday June 24 I filed a complaint to the Better Business Bureau with a copy faxed to your company asking again for either my money back or the veneers and the next afternoon I received a call from you asking that I retract my complaint. I was told that I would not receive my veneers nor my money back unless I retracted my complaint . I said that I would retract my complaint when I received my veneers and you, or your company representative, said that you had an inferior set of veneers that you were sure that I would not be happy with, on your desk and that if I did not stand down the BBB that you would ship them to me. I was told that you had NE equipment ordered that would make my veneers a much better product if I would just give you another week. I told you that I would not pursue the complaint and again wait for your shipping on Friday July 4/14 . I understand that Friday was Independence Day and that some businesses are closed so I have waited until today, Monday July 7/14 to receive either a shipping number for a quality product or conformation that my money ($741) is on its way to me. I feel that the phone conversation was a threat and am not at all happy about it. Stephanie I now feel that I have been cheated out of my money and the phone conversation amounts to extortion so you leave me no choice but to make you aware that if you do not supply me with a satisfactory conclusion by 5PM eastern time I will have no choice but to bring the BBB up to date and file a criminal complaint with the Texas Attorney Generals office, Fort Worth TX. Mrs Wheeler this is not a threat but a logical conclusion to a very bad situation that no reparable company would ever put there customer in. If indeed you can not supply the (Quality) veneer then by all means return my money and lets part less then friends and end this now. I then filed my complaint to the Texas Attorney General and every one that these flim flam artist has bilked out of t5here savings should call and complain to them and the Ft Worth BBB. the numbers are : BBB= 1-80*-621-**** Make a complaint .Texas Attorney General : 1-80*-621-**** File a complaint !!!!! Brighter Image Press ON Veneers

Paid for upper arch in May, took weeks for them to deliver. Once they arrived they woudn't fit at all and after keeping in my mouth for the 15 minutes "stretch" as instructed in the instructions, they literally broke in between two teeth!!! This is a horrible product, horrible service, don't even bother. On their website, they show tons of before and afters, but I"m guessing these are the few that actually fit correctly. After notifying them on the issue and wanting a refund, they have refused and want the veneer back for an adjustment, its broken!

They seem to have a lot of complaints, here and elsewhere. The person who markets this is all over the place marketing; on You Tube and even on bill boards.

What struck me as 'red flag' as to poor business practices was how he marketed on YTube. For example he carpet bagged people researching 'Snap on Smile' and used that term in all his marketing which means he's 'carpet bagging' searches for Snap on Smile'. Not sure BUT I think it's some kind of Federal Trade Communication (FTC) violation to use the trademark of another to attract visitors to your product.

Can't imagine that their product would look or even fit good. Even the photos where they show it to advertise it have the teeth looking weird and fake.

It just looks like a WHITE PLASTIC custom made bleach tray over the teeth which is probably what it is. LOL

I purchased several months age, had a problem with set breaking when first fot it, but they were very proffessiona, i returned item, they sent new item. They are easy to work with, I recommended to friends and family, both ordered.

I read the reviews but still managed to order.

They promised to expedite my order after I pay extra. They charged my card and I didn't event receive a confirmation.

I called the company and Bill Watson "director" gave me a whole list of excuses and stated that there is a misunderstanding and its not realistic.

I have the whole chat saved from a lady name Laurie and nothing she said was valid. This company isn't a real company they are a *** artist. They also stated they cant ship to a delivery address it has to match the billing address. Which is weird because every single company out there does it.

I asked them to cancel my order and return the funds back to my account. The whole time Bill Watson kept telling me I am not in good spirits to talk to him and wont listen to him? What kind of business is this? My advice to you all stay far away from these people.

I even told them that I have read horrible negative reviews and they seem to not care. We will see if my money gets refunded.

wonder how many of these comments are FAKE, and bogus? Probably Dentists that want to rape people of tons of money opportunities now lost to lab dental services directly to the patient.

If dont right and for the money its a great alternative to implants, the costs, and problems with them even with a dentist at the helm. Remember they are COSMETIC not functional teeth.

I was quoted £2300 for one implant which is ridiculous, it is common in the U.K to be charged these rates, if you can't afford it you are stuck with a crooked smile that damages your confidence. I cracked my front tooth due to grinding, a result of stress.

I couldnt smile without covering my mouth. Press on veneers gave me a stunning smile for less than a quarter of that. No dentist can do or would do that.

This is an excellent alternative to extortionate dentists fees and I thoroughly recommend it as now I can smile and laugh with confidence.

If this product didnt work for you, talk to customer service who are more than helpful and happy to replace the product asap.

I strongly sympathize with you. The same thing happened to me.

Have you lodge a complaint with any government offices there in the US? They need their licence to be taken off them because they operate their business like crooks. When you receive their product you immediately can tell that you've been ripped off by the poor and cheap quality and the inability to wear them and be able to eat and talk with them on. This is how they rob people of their money and leave them with nothing to show for it.

People need to lodge a complaint against this company and demand they be reimbursed of the money they paid them.

The question is which government office do you complain to in the US? :(

The key point here is that the company is providing a very low-cost alternative to dental work by a licensed dentist. I personally have owned and managed a dental laboratory for several decades and understand all of the problems and issues behind providing a service like these 'veneers' directly to the patient, skipping the dentist. The first problem begins with the impression (taken by the patient). I know many skilled dentists that have trouble taking impressions, even in a dental setting. Now compare this to a patient who knows nothing about 'impression-taking', doing the job him/herself. The likelihood of success is infinitesimally small. :cry

The impression material does not just flow around the teeth all by itself perfectly, and it often rips or tears when pulling it out of the mouth (due to undercuts, between the teeth). This leads to the lab 'guessing' how the teeth position was during the construction phase. The resulting tooth model will be questionable at best. Also, I forgot to mention all of the other problems that could cause the impression to be 'deformed' or ruined before it ever arrives to the lab in its flimsy mailer envelope (crushed and subjected to the elements during shipping). A sturdy box should be used. But the whole process is designed to be 'cheap' from the beginning, and I assure you that you will get what you pay for.

While its possible for a few cases to work flawlessly, the huge majority is going to be doomed for failure. :(

If the lab offered a money-back guarantee, it would be acceptable, but this business is clearly out for themselves and don't care about the unhappy customer. There is a market for this type of product, because there are millions of people with hopelessly rotten looking front teeth, and they need an alternative to paying many thousands of dollars that a dentist would charge. I also suppose that if they actually 'did' allow moneyback guarantee, they would get 90%+ of their work returned, by the end of the first year, simply because it would have broken by then(supporting teeth having moved, etc).

This brings me to huge problem #2. The teeth in a person's mouth constantly drift a bit over time. This means that the press-on veneers will eventually not fit, even if they originally did. On the other hand, permanent type veneers, like the dentist charges $695/per tooth for, don't have that problem, because they are precision fit and glued into place independently, tooth-by-tooth. This way, when teeth can shift around and the veneers are not affected.

The last problem that I'm going to mention is that the press-on veneers are very likely to be delicately hanging in place in your mouth. This means that they might work for portrait taking or for a 5-minute job interview, but wearing them all day long, every day, is probably going to be quite awkward feeling and not what you are expecting. Eating with them is likely to be a big challenge, because food will get caught in the cracks and crevices around the veneers. You can see in the photos on their website, that the edges of the veneers are rounded off and there is a notch at the gum line, that looks unnatural and also is a food trap.

I would be willing to guess that the company has lots of problems with credit card 'charge backs'. I wish I could obtain that information. I wonder how well their 'no money-back return' policy helps them out with chargebacks? :?

Like I said, this is a product that is not for everyone with a bad smile. If your expectations are not too high and you will be happy with the appearance of artificial plastic teeth, that lack nice vitality and shade transition, then the press-on veneers may be for you. But I'm afraid that for the most part, people are going to be expecting too much. These veneers are made by the same material used to make temporary teeth and it will stain, discolor, chip, break, etc. I hope that I have been able to help.

You have said everything that I was thinking re people taking their own impressions, you only have to move or pull to hard to get them out of your mouth and this throws all the measurments out, causing your impressions to be returned to you not fitting.

I my self are not happy with my own teeth some are crooked and stick out in places because I didn't get the dental nurse to fix them in primary school, I was too scared.

so now I have to put up with them. unless I win some money or get given some I will not be getting them done, but I would love to have lovely straight teeth like the girls on the TV etc

I think if I can later I would like to get permant veners they would look more real and less

fake.
