Unauthorized Debiting Checking Account

I contacted Bright MLS in January 2026 to cancel my service because I relocated out of state to the West Coast, where Bright MLS does not even provide service. I gave more than 10 days notice prior to my billing date, yet my checking account was still debited $127.20 for services I cancelled and no longer had access to. I immediately contacted Bright MLS requesting a refund and received absolutely no response. Now, on May 7, 2026, I received another email from Bright MLS thanking me for a payment after they again debited my account another $127.20 for services I do not use, cannot access, and should no longer be billed for. I am no longer licensed in the state that uses Bright MLS, so there is no legitimate reason for these unauthorized charges. This is completely unacceptable and reflects horrible business practices. Ignoring countless customer emails while continuing to debit a former customer’s bank account is unacceptable and potentially fraudulent. If this matter is not immediately corrected and my money refunded, I will be filing complaints with the Maryland Attorney General and pursuing civil action regarding these unauthorized withdrawals. I strongly caution others to monitor their accounts closely when dealing with Bright MLS.

To close my account and quit bank for over draft fees

I didn't get the loan. So I decided to close the app and y'all still charge a fee and now my bank account is overdraft be you keep sending it through the bank.

This was suppose to save agents money... $20.00 cheaper. Now, it may be the largest in the country, but it doesn't work well. Everyday is an issue. Last week I was caller 52 in line!

Today, I am caller 29 in line!

I can not edit or add listings.

Last week it took 2 days for me to be able to change a listing from pending to close!

If you go on chat it is not any better. I spent 2 1/5 hours on hold before Thanksgiving to resolve an issue!

If you want to merge 3 networks shouldn't you at least be certain... 1. you have sufficient staff. 2. your system can handle the increase?
