Manager accused me infront of customers switching social security number with he mantioned the name on a previous address. He asked for my drivers licence rhen try to stick a 10 year bill on my current bill. He abused his power that day and went beyond what a manager supose to do. He try to be a persecutor, juror and judge. The temple terrace location was the worst.

Spectrum in Livonia MI used to be Bright House Was told it would be $39.99 1/10/17 just for Internet so I called back today 1/25/17 to have it installed and they jacked the rate to $44.95. All the more reason to cut the CABLE and go totally wireless. These companies don't get it. I was willing to pay them $480 a year for internet service and they got greedy and now they get NOTHING!
