Bridgeport Police Department Reviews

This is my own first-hand account of dealing with police corruption. Through investigation On March 1, 2023, three years after the fact, the case was thrown out.

I'm writing this in the hopes that it will stop someone else from experiencing this kind of police misconduct. "How did the girl get your license plate number?" I've been asked since the beginning. My standard response has always been that she didn't. The cops did what the cops did during a bogus traffic stop on December 20th, 2019, at 11 a.m.

on the opposite side of town from where the incident occurred and miles away from her alleged school. and put my license plate number in the wrong place. Keep in mind the dates, years, and times of these fictitious allegations. For example, I received the call a few days after the 20th of December and had no idea why.

I requested that an attorney be present during questioning and was denied. The next thing I knew, in January of 2020, I found out there was a warrant out for my arrest, and to my surprise, it was for stalking in the third, so I turned myself in and went to court. When I appeared in court, the prosecution upgraded the charge to first-degree stalking and added the charge of risk of injury to a child because I had been denied that right. As you will see throughout, it was a set-up.

According to the warrant for my arrest and its fictitious and false libel statements made by detective Jeffrey Holtz, badge # 40462 of the Bridgeport, CT, police department, on November 8th, 2019, sometime between 3:00 and 4:00 PM, someone said "excuse me or Yo" to some girl and was ignored; if anything was said at all, who knows, I was not there! and witnesses that can attest to it. Why was it made into a fictional story? Your guess is as good as mine.

It must be a common routine for them, for the sake of job security. For the past few years, the Bridgeport Police Department has been under scrutiny for corruption within the department. •"If they had my license plate number before December 20th, 2019, they wouldn't have waited over a month to talk to someone or do something about it." Is it surprising that, in one of his reports, it does state It should be noted that after an Internet search of the suspect, Sears found that he was a victim of a traumatic brain injury when he was 21 years old. He didn't even get that right.

However, it goes without saying that by doing an internet search on my name, it clearly made him aware that I’m a very well documented brain injury survivor. with that said You have to live it to know it; having an unrecognized disability shows that Jeffrey Holtz sought to use my condition to justify his perjury and blame it on me. For instance. The court tried to justify it for more than two and a half years by utilizing a 54-56 program.

For me, there is absolutely no chance that I would accept any kind of plea agreement for something I had absolutely nothing to do with after repeatedly asking for an investigation into my case and being completely disregarded. In addition to having my console on file, I have never been questioned about this case in over two and a half years. By the police or the court of law, I filed a motion to appear in my case, giving me the right to all of the state's discovery (evidence), including photographs, audio, written statements, physical evidence, and so on. I was also given the right to write letters and motions in my case.

That being said, they can make it appear any way they want in the bench warrant for my arrest and its reports by twisting it, but it's not going to change the facts. 1.The automobile was not mine. 2.and I don't match the victim's description of the suspect. 3.I have documentation of my whereabouts on the days they claim I was in the area, as well as documented proof that while I was in Bridgeport, I was there for a cause.

4.I have evidence that Jeffrey Holtz set me up as well as evidence that he forged and falsified documents. Along with voiceovers over modified recordings. For example. Take 1.Camile D's phone call: The MP3 file was created on January 14, 2020, at 12:01 p.m. 2.The WAV file in Ramos' interview on Catherine Street was apparently modified on March 7, 2017, at 10:03 a.m.

Keep in mind that the recordings themselves could be older. Case in point. I should add that if you listen to the recordings using different computer software and in different applications, you'll hear things said differently, with Jeffrey Holtz telling them what to say, indicating that they've been modified. Modified-adjective A modified, etc., has had changes made to it so it can be used for a different purpose as a reference.

Begging the question How often have the same insults been directed at others, and how often has Jeffrey Holtz accused the weak and disabled of wrongfully using the same witnesses?" As evidenced by the warrant for my arrest, etc., Penal Code 118.1 makes it illegal for police officers to file a false report. Not to mention all the additional civil rights abuses. Although I'm relieved that my case was dismissed, it doesn't change the reality that this police defamation has negatively impacted my reputation, my ability to receive disability care assistance, and my capacity to work. When will disability prejudice be a thing of the past?

I would suggest anyone out there who has a criminal or civil case involving the Bridgeport Police Department, and especially Jeffrey Holtz, badge # 40462, is involved in your case, hire a competent and private attorney to look into your case.

If you or your loved one has already been convicted and these officers are involved in the case, I would file an appeal and have it reopened. And I strongly urge Bridgeport CT police internal affairs and Bridgeport Superior Court at 172 Golden Hill Street in Bridgeport, Connecticut.GA 2 to research each of Jeffrey Holtz's cases to see how many innocent and disabled individuals he has imprisoned or hospitalized over the years and to take the required legal actions to fix it and make that difference in somebody else's life and the lives of their families.
