Police don't do there job
I call this so-called police apartment to assist me with a nuisance report they failed to come out here gave me an excuse not to come out and investigate it also these kids running around on these three wheelers and small dirt bikes in a group making noise popping wheelies driving reckless not once do you see the police stop them they're worthless they're lazy it's that simple and people pay taxes for what you can't do anything about their laziness and incompetence because they don't do anything anyway the police are supposed to serve and to protect the only thing they serve now is getting free money and a fat wallet and they probably still get free donuts and coffee

After the court's investigation and more than three years of bias, the judge eventually scheduled a trial for me after three and half years of pre-judice and numerous pre-trial hearings in which the prosecution railroaded me. In any case, the defense and child advocate were first to speak.
It's not surprising that the child advocate was unable to find the purported victim or witnesses. This case was also a nolle.
(Ruled and signed by a Superior Court Judge.) In layman's terms, the legal system's intentional concealment of police misconduct.Detective Holtz’s actions demonstrate abuse of power and malicious intent and highlight the need for accountability and oversight within police departments to prevent such abuses and ensure ethical and legal standards are respected.I rest my case. Law enforcement dishonesty, rampant lying, bias, and the legal system's purposeful concealment of conduct.
The significance of conducting an investigation is demonstrated by this case. Do not allow this to happen to you.
(When cops lie, the innocent pay.)
This is the reality. The Bridgeport Police Department has been under investigation for corruption for several years. "There have been several investigations into the Bridgeport Police Department for corruption. An internal investigation found that 17 Bridgeport police officers were facing discipline, nine could be fired after the city's Office of Internal Affairs found they lied on official reports." Consider the facts below:
After being wrongfully charged, set up, and framed by Officer Detective Jeffrey Holtz, badge number 40462, and law enforcement.
Before and after court, I've made several complaints with the Bridgeport Police Department's Internal Affairs.
Now, more than three and a half years after my compliance with them, they are still attempting to exploit my disability as a justification for the cops' lies and refusing to investigate Holtz's perjury and accept the reality that he lied.
Below, my conversation with Lt.
Adam Rozum of the Bridgeport Police Internal Affairs speaks for itself.
No disrespect intended because of my disability; I wrote our conversation on 9/1 down, so our conversation is clearer.
Please read this in full because it's as clear as it's going to get.
1. You talk about a judge signing off on the warrant for my arrest. And I say it was because of the lies and malicious intent told by Bridgeport Police Department Detective Jeffrey Holtz. Case in point: see below.
After an examination of Detective Holtz's evidence to the court, GA 2, and three ½ years of pre-justice, the judge finally fixed a trial date for me after nearly four years of prejudice and multiple pre-trial hearings in which the prosecution railroaded me.
In any case, the defense and child advocacy groups were given the first opportunity to speak. It's hardly surprising that the child advocate was unable to find the purported victim or witnesses. This case was likewise a nolle. (Ruled and signed by a Superior Court Judge.)
The Court My team's investigation was and is done.
Bridgeport Police internal may be ongoing only because the Bridgeport Police Department and its team chose to ignore it.
My first complaint was ignored. I had no idea what was going on. I just knew it was nonsense.
Interview with John K, second complaint: I had a better idea. It was obviously a framing.
On my next meeting with Bridgeport PD internally, because I was asked by John K in the meeting to let him know what happened after court and in the interview with the new internal investigator, I did.
I was framed.
Focus your attention on Jeffrey Holtz's evidence. And not a bogus story. Just concentrate on the police perjury.
Both recordings and the car were found to be false. And I've given Bridgeport Police internal documentation on that, including a photo of the car and two recordings.
Jeffrey Holtz has been accused of setting up and framing a man, Craig Sears, as well as forging and falsifying documents. And lying in official reports.
Pay attention to the dates and years. The reported nonsense is alleged to have happened on November 8th, 9th, and 10th 2019 on Catherine Street according to the warrant for my arrest and its reports. An investigation was conducted into my case, revealing that the car he used to frame me was not my car.
The JPG file created and modified on December 19, 2019, did not match the victim's description of the suspect. The recordings were also altered, with the WAV file in Ramos' interview on Catherine Street, allegedly recorded on December 21st, 2020, being modified on July 3rd, 2017.
"And 20 minutes into the alleged recording on December 21st, you will hear Jeffrey Holtz telling the alleged witness and victim that the police obtained my license plate on December 20th, 2019, on the east side. Contradicting the arrest warrant and all its reports."
As for this invented scenario, call from Camile D: The MP3 file was created at 12:01 p.m. on January 14, 2020.
It should be noted that you will hear things said differently if you listen to the recordings in different applications and with different computer software, since Jeffrey Holtz tells them what to say.
Having been modified so that it can be used for a different purpose as a reference, etc.
Craig Sears case highlights the importance of conducting an investigation and regarding the recordings,
Obtain modified and produced dates by examining document attributes and running them through a software tool to detect audio and video tampering.
It's not rocket science. Two voiceovers reveal altered recordings and a generic stock photo of a Ford Mustang GT, which detective Holtz claimed was my vehicle. Along with a fictional story, an alleged victim and witnesses, it was not my car. This implies evidence tampering, where Holtz created evidence, implicated me, accused me, and falsely arrested me.
It was setup by a frame-up.
That falls under 18 U.S. Code § 1038: False information and hoaxes:
Detective Holtz's fabrications of evidence and false accusations are not only damaging to the integrity of the investigation, but also raise serious concerns about the fairness and legitimacy of the entire legal process in general. It is clear that this setup was carefully designed to manipulate the facts and target me unjustly.
This incident is an example of how police officers manipulate facts and evidence to unjustly target an individual. It is essential to ensure that police officers are held accountable for their actions.
In simple terms, despite providing the court and police internal affairs with solid evidence, including recordings, documentation, and fraudulent reports, my requests for an investigation into police perjury were denied.
This refusal to address the issue can be described as an attempt to hide or cover up their misconduct. Click on the link further below.
Penal Code 118.1 makes it illegal for police officers to file a false report. Not to mention all the additional civil rights abuses.
Too many to list.
"Case in point" Is it possible to prove a sound file has been edited?
Yes, if you're the police, and it's important enough to you.
Forensic specialists are able to use variations in the AC supply that are common and logged across the entire electrical network. This is called electrical network frequency (ENF) analysis.
This applies even to audio recorded under studio conditions.
Begging the question of How often have the same insults been directed at others, and how often has detective Jeffrey Holtz 40462 of the Bridgeport, CT, police department accused the weak and disabled of wrongfully using the same witnesses?
To sum up, how many people has he wrongly convicted or falsely implicated by the Bridgeport Police Department and its Detective Bureau.?
Going back to the Bridgeport Police Internal. When the meeting was ended, they were unhappy because I had audio recorded it.
My name, my disability, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and, in my case, my right to record.
In the state of Connecticut, can you record an in person? Conversation.
Connecticut requires at least one party's consent to record an in-person conversation.
For telephonic conversations, the consent of all parties is required to avoid potential civil liability, though criminal penalties do not apply if at least one party has consented to the recording. Craig Sears consented to the in-person meeting with the Bridgeport Police Department's internal being recorded, but not the phone call.
User's recommendation: I would suggest anyone out there who has a criminal or civil case involving the Bridgeport Police Department, and especially Jeffrey Holtz, badge # 40462, who is involved in your case, hire a competent and private attorney to look into your case. If you or your loved one has already been convicted, and these officers are involved in the case, I would file an appeal and have it reopened. Don't let this happen to you.

It's been over 30 years since my injury, and there is not a day that goes by where I'm not haunted by my past experiences and wake up from a nightmare, yelling and screaming.
After being set up and framed by Detective Jeffrey Holtz of the Bridgeport Police Department, an investigation was initiated after a misrepresented car and a fictional story were discovered.
After proving it in court, I filed the necessary paperwork to file a citizen's complaint.
Three years and 10 months after the fact, I got a response to my citizen's complaint from Bridgeport Police Internal Affairs. Of Unfounded, as well as reviewing the documents.
It appears that it's a policy for the Bridgeport Police Department to frame and set up people with fraudulent evidence.
I will never give up after multiple attempts at trying to get justice for myself. And getting nothing but BS from police internal affairs,
As you see below, I put in another request for the second step meeting with the Police Commissioners Board.
To JB
At the request of CM said, thank you for your email. I'm no longer with the City of Bridgeport. Please email j@ for all matters.
1.I am requesting a meeting with the Police Commissioner's Board.
I got a response to my citizen's complaint from the Bridgeport office of the Office of Police Internal Affairs, as well as reviewing the documents. Furthermore, I do not agree with the findings, and neither did the court.
2.Keep in mind that the cops and Detective Holtz never questioned me about this case; I wasn't seen at the alleged crime. I was never chosen out of a photo lineup, etc., and I don't match the description of the suspect given by the alleged victim in the police report.
3.Along with the fact that I/we were not in Bridgeport, CT, on November 8th and have documented proof of it, it appears that it's a policy for the Bridgeport Police Department to fabricate false evidence.
1.My citizen complaint date is 3-6. File number 230001**** was completely ignored.
Penal Code 118.1 makes it illegal for police officers to file a false report. Not to mention all the additional civil rights abuses.
After being set up and framed by Detective Jeffrey Holt of the Bridgeport Police Department, an investigation was initiated after a misrepresented car and a fictional story were discovered.
When Holtz looked up my name and disability online, as mentioned and demonstrated in the police record, he saw an opportunity to be prejudiced against me. I'll put money into it. The moment Holtz learned I had a disability, everything became one-sided.
You have two voiceovers over old, altered recordings, and in lieu of evidence, an internet search yielded a generic stock photo of a car that Holtz reported to be my vehicle.
Along with an alleged victim witness and a fictional story.
This implies "evidence tampering," or, in other words, that Detective Jeffrey Holtz created false evidence, implicated me, falsely accused me, and then had me falsely arrested. And we're supposed to put our trust in them? This was obviously a setup by framing. Testilying
It is clear that the setup is a setup.
Clearly, Detective Holtz lied on legal documents and lied to a Superior Court judge in order to get a bench warrant for my arrest.
That falls under 18 U.S. Code § 1038: False information and hoaxes:
Clearly. Perjury qualifies as a crime against justice.
Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) prevents governmental institutions from discriminating against people with disabilities, including police agencies. When it comes to police prejudice, who will speak up for me?
I have no one to turn to but another cop in law enforcement. And all that will get me is more nonsense.
Case in point: the Office of Internal Affairs is run by cops, and as referenced above, I spent almost four years proving it. And the corrupt criminal justice system is very much aware of it. It looks like job security.
I can't help but be concerned about what the state is going to do to me next, all because I have a traumatic brain injury.
Even with the case being a nolle It doesn't change the fact that the police perjury misconduct and definition have had a detrimental effect on my reputation, my ability to receive aid with disability care, and my capacity to work again.
Even though I'm happy that my alleged case was dismissed,
How can you put your trust in a system that would rather lock you up and throw away the key, and do it by using abuse of power?
It's been over three and a half years, and I've lost so much. To understand character defamation in the disability industry, you must first experience it. The system is connected, but it's disconnected. I will never be able to reclaim what was taken from me.
My life was deliberately wrecked by Jeffrey Holtz.
With his deliberate dishonesty, deceit, and criminal conduct, given my engagement in local and national efforts for all brain injury survivors, my name will never be the same in local and national government as a result of Jeffrey Holtz's criminal behavior and what he did.
Begging the question of How often have the same insults been directed at others, and how often has detective Holtz accused the weak and disabled of wrongfully using the same witnesses? To sum up, how many people has he wrongly convicted or falsely implicated?
GA 2 should investigate each of Jeffrey Holtz's cases to determine how many innocent and disabled people he has imprisoned or hospitalized over the years, and then take the necessary legal measures to correct it and make that difference in somebody else's life and the lives of their families.
Although I have a lot of respect for the police, I don't respect corrupt, dishonest brady cops that lie about us, use fabricated evidence to set up and frame the week, and are disabled for alleged crimes that they didn't commit.
Detective Jeffrey Holtz is unmistakably the type of officer who harms the reputation of law enforcement.
Fortunately, I am a strong advocate for myself, and with an investigation, good counsel, a voice, a lot of persistence, and proving the fact that Holtz lied, the court case was dismissed.

Police officers were rude
The police officers started to yell and came off hostage. They need to stop being aggressive when they are being showed respect.
Also was ask why I stopped at a red night. Thought it was a law, guess the officer doesn't know that.

Re: Second Step Barros Hearing.
first I would like to say thank you for having me here today For the second step of my complete against Bridgeport police K9 officer Mark Martocchio. I would also like to add that if I slur my words when I'm talking this is just the way I am, I have a disability, this is why I'm choosing to read my testimony to you today.
The first time that I was pulled over by Bridgeport police officer Mark Martocchio my car was on the side of the road I was talking to someone that I knew as I explained to him that's when he pulled me and that person over and started talking to us individually, this is when I explained to him my situation with work and my disability after that he searched my car and told me to go on my way....
The second time officer Martocchio pulled me over he started calling me names an went as far as calling me ***, after that officer Martocchio pulled the keys out of the ignition of my car I felt threatened by this so I grabbed my cell phone and I attempted to call the Bridgeport police department to get a Lieutenant to come to the scene, that's when officer Mark Martocchio grab my cell phone out of my hands and threw it on top of my car and began to threaten me saying things like he is going to have my car towed if I keep coming to Bridgeport, then he searched me and my car without my permission or a valid reason then wrote me a complaint ticket....
A short while after that I started getting pulled over by other Bridgeport police officers threatening me while throwing me up against a fence telling me to stay out of Bridgeport, I even attempted to make a call to the police department when this was happening to me to make a complaint and had my cell phone ripped out of my hands, then one day, I even had a police officer in the town I live in, come to my apt saying that they received a call from the Bridgeport police department, Saying if I keep calling some girl in Bridgeport that they are going to put a warrant out for my arrest. That's when I began looking into what was going on and why this was happening to me, but I received no answers! That goes without saying It doesn't take a brain surgeon to figure out with whom and where it started...
The third time that I was pulled over by officer Martocchio I came out of a store and got in my car and as I was turning my car around to go back towards the main road officer Martocchio came up behind me and blocked me in, he got out of his car and came over to me and started asking me why are you here in Bridgeport. Isn't this a free country....
The fourth time that officer Martocchio pulled me over I was pulling into a gas station and Officer Martocchio pulled up behind me and ordered me to pull over into the back of the gas station he got out of his car came over to me and asked me for my driver's license and I gave it to him then he began to harass & threaten me when I asked him why he pulled me over he said that I was not wearing a seatbelt it was clear I was wearing a seatbelt and I kept repeating it he side tell it to the court, (threatening me, do you see the pattern here.) Within about 4 to 5 minutes another police officer came to the gas station and officer Martocchio went over to his car, I can see them talking to each other after about 1 minute officer Martocchio comes back over to my car throws my driver's license at me hitting me in the face with it then he backed off and only then I was able to leave. This was the first time and the last time that any other officer came to the scene where officer Martocchio was harassing or threatening me. (like he did every other time he pulled me over)
I'm tired of being harassed by the Bridgeport police.
On 3/19/15 was the 5th time that I was pulled over by officer Mark Martocchio.
Every time officer Martocchio pulls me over he has some sort of smart remark, like he did on 3/19/15 when he saw my car on the opposite side of the road from where he was driving officer Martocchio made a U-turn and came up behind my car. He was driving very fast and then turned on his lights and pulled me over and said, "You wanted to come down here (Bridgeport) so what are you doing here? I told him the truth and then he said, "you're not very smart are you" when I asked him why he pulled me over he said that I was not wearing a seatbelt. I was clearly wearing a seatbelt and I even tried explaining that if I was not wearing a seatbelt that the car alarm would go off repeatedly, but he wrote the "complaint ticket anyways. Having a disability and being called not smart - *** on more than one occasion by officer Martocchio is unexcitable. Example that's like a white person walking up to a collard person and using the N word not only is that racist but that's also discrimination! I feel the same way when officer Martocchio called me *** and another occasion not smart, not only do I feel threatened but I also feel very much discriminated against.
I don't know what his problem is or why he has it out for me or if this is just the kind of person he is. What I do know is now I have to feel threatened because of my disability as I explained to internal affairs I am a very well known documented national advocate for people with disabilities I go to meetings in Bridgeport my doctor's office are in Bridgeport. I used to live in Bridgeport for 27 years (I know a lot of people there) and various state and government offices that I have to go to for work/disability programs are in Bridgeport.
Police harassment is an abuse of an officer’s authority by continually stopping someone, aggressively questioning him or her, or by conducting an unwarranted or illegal search and seizure.
I feel like Officer Mark Martocchio goes out of his way to pull me over in every single different location. The things he has pulled me over for honestly have no purpose. "Not having my seat belt on" when it was on in clear sight! Really? I can't drive 2 seconds down the road without my seatbelt on because the bell rings constant, and it drives me up a wall. Plus I have a disability so the first thing I'm going to do when I get into a car is be safe and put my seatbelt on regardless. Police today use their badge as a symbol of power and this is why are society is the way it is. Instead of worries about the major issues, cops like officer Mark Martocchio are worried about why I'm in Bridgeport. Personal it is none of anyone's business why I'm in Bridgeport, especially because I'm not doing nothing wrong. Like I have stated before I come up here for a lot of reasons and one is work. And now when I do come to this town I have to worry about if I'm going to be pulled over and accused of "not wearing a seat belt" or "for being in the middle of the road while waiting for traffic to clear, not only that but know I have to worry about having a profile put on me because some officer wants to justify his actions to try and make a name for himself at my expense.
Fact: It's been several months and I'm still being harassed by the Bridgeport police department because of officer Mark Martocchio, about 1 ½ months ago I came out of my doctor's office off of east main street in Bpt as I was driving going towards route 8 a Bridgeport police officer pulled up behind my car as I was stopped at a traffic light, I can see him in my rearview mirror looking down typing on the keyboard of the computer in his car the next thing I know I saw the lights of his car turned on asking me to pull over, then that officer and a another officer got out of the car and started questioning me why are you here in Bridgeport.
Review in Government and Politics category from Bridgeport, Connecticut
Hi, my name is Lorie and I am a personal friend of Mark, stop bashing him, he upholds the law to the fullest and would never approach anyone without just cause, not his style. I would personally defend him to the max.
I for one beleive without a dought that if he approached this individual there had to be a reason, are you in a drug infested area, high crime area, near a school, hanging around for long periods of time? To sum it up there is something you,are doing to make him approach you, what about your criminal record stop playing the victim roll.
