On March 19,2011 my daughter and her 4 maid of honor and bridesmaids went to order their dresses. We were also going to order the flowergirls dresses. After spending a couple of hours trying on dresses they picked one out got fitted and went to order them. After ordering them and paying for them they were told one of the dresses would be in 10 days before the wedding but the others would not be in until the day before the wedding which is May 28,2011. This was very upsetting. They could not tell us until after the dresses were paid for. That is not a very good way of conducting business. When the girles asked for their money back ther sales person was not very nice about it. They should have been able to tell us before we spent so much time trying on dresses. All the time we wasted not to mention the bad weather we had to indure. We did find another place that could accomidate us and they said they could have the dresses in about a week. I will never go to Davids Bridal again nor will I recommend it to anyone. I will make sure that people know how my daughter was treated in your Chico store.
