They were only helpful until they had my money! I ordered the shoes and paid the extra money to try them before having them dyed to insure proper fit. They were almost perfect but I ask for them to add another small hole in the strap to make them slightly tighter around my ankle, the serivce at that point was great! When I received them the second time, the final product, I was surprised to immediately notice the discoloration around the strap and as well as some scratches in the fabric. As these were meant to be my wedding day shoes, I was a little upset but trusted the company to respond and help fix this problem. They do not answer their phone or respond to email requests. I am utterly shocked and disappointed that a company can still treat customers in this manner! I am, in the end, glad I decided to purchase just the one pair and would like to warn anyone considering this company.. STAY AWAY

Horrible Service

I recently ordered shoes on line, and the wrong size was shipped to me. When I contacted the company through email, they immediately accused me of switching the shoes myself. They were very rude and condescending and would not provide me with the name of manager and proceeded to state that the shoes did not come from their company even though I have a receipt. Furthermore, they never answer their phone and are now completely ignoring ongoing emails. I do not recommend anyone to purchase anything from Bridal Shoes Canada. I am very shocked and disappointed. I have contacted the Consumer Protection Board of Canada

Horrible customer service has bad customer service. I bought shoes that were supposed to be white and they showed up discoloured. I called the company and they were not interested in helping me solve the problem. They insisted that they were white when they were shipped and the only thing I could do was return them and pay a restocking fee (plus pay for S&H myself). They were a discontinued model so they were probably sitting for some time before I ordered them and they only took 6 days to get shipped to me (I'm sure they didn't change color in that period of time). The man I spoke to said he was the manager but he would not even tell me his name. They should have seen this before shipping and should have notified me, I never should have been sold them in this condition.
