I bought new Ravenna luggage set, consisting of 27 and 22 carry-on

On my first trip, coming back home I pulled 22 off the airport carousel and immediately realized that one caster is missing: 4 screws exposed without visible damage to them.

Issue with bag

I sent a email in regards to my issue and havent heard anything

I called and the person I spoke to was not helpful

Told me to wait for response to email

in 09 2020 we bought 2 BRICS suitcases in illum Copenhagen

in june 2021 we used them for the first time ,and 1.wheel from the suitcase fell and broke .

we bought the suitcase in Copenhagen and we live in Berlin .

who should we contact regarding the responsibility of our suitcase ???

User's recommendation: Buy only in a Shop that will take responsibility, near your home, we live in Berlin, bought in Kopenhagen, so er are helpless Ehen the suitcase broke.

Warranty??

I purchased an " X-Case Pilot Bag Tote Case" from Ebags in 2017, and I've only been using it to telework twice a week. I specifically bought it for it's water repellant coating.

I carry my company computer in it. I come to discover last week that it's not completely water resistant. My computer got wet, and any papers I had in the bag had to be thrown out. It did not bead up at all.

It has gotten somewhat wet maybe once or twice, but nothing like this. There is a 5 year warranty...yeah right..I contacted Ebags, and they told me since it was not within their warranty time I had to contact the company, which I did. Bric's sent me dealer names that I could contact to either bring it in, or send pictures to. None of their dealers were around where I live, and how would I send pictures of a water logged bag?

You can't tell just by looking at it, you have to test it. They make you jump through hoops, and it ends up that you can't even use the warranty anyway. Terrible customer service. As far as I can tell this bag is not available anymore.

It was pricey too, and it certainly would not pass the Pilot Test. I'm only commenting on this particular model.

I am experiencing the same thing. They do not get back to you. Its a fraudulent company and marketing.
