Missing material from set

No way to contact customer support on login, without logging in
- - Bricklink now uses Lego.com login; the Bricklink password won’t be recognized after multiple resets, with only continue or create a new account as options.
Recently, Bricklink integrated its login with Lego.com logins.
Unfortunately, they seem to have mucked it up.
I've tried logging in with my Lego.com login. Recognizes it, ok, great.
Now, you're asked if you have a previous Bricklink login; Yup, I do.
Enter the information from my password vault: Nope, that isn't recognized.
According to the emails I've received, I have "successfully" reset said password 3x in the past 15 minutes (saving the password to the vault every single time).
Nevertheless, when I attempt to log in, I'm told that my password is incorrect.
But, when I try to find a support page, the only option is to a) try to continue logging in with this password, or b) create and associate a new account.
This is one of the worst integration experiences I've seen... which is saying a lot.
User's recommendation: Don't bother trying to integrate your old account; just lose all of the information you've had stored in your Bricklink account. It wasn't that important, was it? (SARCASM)

Unable to complete purchase from your website
Trying to set my pswd, username and email address was a nightmare. Even after all of these were set, I couldnt get to the purchase link.
Went to Brick Owl where everything was easy breezy.
User's recommendation: Stay away from Brick link. Use Brick Owl instead.
Preorder
The site will not let me preorder a set. The set is Sequoia Tree Trail. It connects me to Lego.com and then says error.

- - Buyers may have no recourse as Brick Link will not enforce seller terms.
- - Customer service has been slow or ineffective.
Bottom line if you are a buyer and the seller screws you over, the seller has all the power to defame your name and you will have no recourse as Brick Link will NOT enforce their own terms of service for sellers, nor with they make the seller follow their own terms of service either.
Having dealt with Customer Service for days now to resolve a matter, it is apparent that they are either negligent or inept.

Hello, about a month ago I started working on Bricklink studio and it was very fun to build digitaly, but recently I was too buisy to build and made a break for a few days, but today when I opened it and started a new project, the screen was just black, there was no base and I couldn t even select the pieces, then I tryed opening the last project I was working on, and it worked, but I still couldn t select the pieces. I really don t know how something like this could possible happen, and I don t want to delete it and reinstall it because I m worried the project I was working on might be deleted as well.
