Horrible horrible horrible services

You can never reach them on the phone, they just keep transferring and transferring and you can never leave a voice message because their voice mail boxes are always full. If you are lucky enough, you may get to the right person and talk to the right person. But they would hang up on you. It is extremely rude! Before selling the car they would be polite, but after they sold the car they don't care anything about the after sales services anymore! Never never never buy car from here!

Surprised that Honda lets them be a dealer

I'm very disappointed on how I was treated at the Parts Department SPECIALLY by Mr Luis Pedraja, on 5/6/2013 I bought a Honda Accord 2011 air conditioner condenser since mine got a leak, I paid 225.00 and took the part. the next day 5/7/2013 when I gave to the mechanic working on my car at another dealer, within 15 min he called me back to say they had given me the wrong part... So I had to go back to Brickell Honda with my original damaged part so they can see what I meant explain the problem and sure enough they billed for the correct part but was given a different one( the part number was off) they proceeded to give me the correct part, the counter guy brought the box which by the way was not sealed on the top or bottom... Hummm he took the part out was wrapped in bubble wrap he cut the tape to free the part and compared it to mine to ensure that the part was what I needed and it was, so far so good (two trips so far). I them took the newly exchanged part back to the other dealer and the gages were off fluctuating so he said the part was DEFECTIVE we called Brickell Honda to explain and they were out of the part they had to order the part it arrived today 5/9/2013 I proceed again to Brickell Honda and the man on the counter says I have the part but I have to clear it with the manager he talked to the manager and he said he saw nothing wrong with the part and would not approve the exchange so they told me to wait for the Parts General manager to see if he would approve it, I was told he was out to lunch and that I had to wait 15-20 min for his return. so I patiently waited for Mr. Pedraja. in the Interim I walked away to go get a cup of coffee in the show room only to have the counter guy say to me that Mr. Pedraja had been there and had said NO I was shocked so unprofessional he didn't even wait for me or have the decency to tell the clerk for me to go to his office to discuss the issue at hand. I had to ask where his office was so I could speak to him. When I spoke to him he was rude and with an attitude he told me that there was nothing wrong with the part therefore it was my car the problem so I asked him how do you know you there is nothing wrong with the part? you can't see inside of the condenser and isn't possible that is a factory defect? I explained what the Master Tech working on my car had said that the gauges were off and there was an obstruction inside that was not letting the freeon flow he didn't care and brushed me off. I told him I would call Honda and complain so he replied GO Ahead... I had to get this resolved so I them purchased another condenser at another dealer and it is working perfectly so now I have spent 450.00 because Brickell Honda did not want to honor the parts warranty and exchange a defective part, I wasn't not asking for a refund all I needed was an exchange a three day ordeal and at the end I feel I was wrong not only by Luis Pedraja but by the dealer as well that allows someone like that to be a manager. Yo compre un coche en brickell motor en miami y ustedes no han sido capaces de reportar mi credito a las entidades de EXPERIAN ni a EQUIFAX, esto me esta causando ungran perjuicio , ya que yo compre el auto para empezar a hacer credito en este pais , ya que llevo aqui solo 16 meses y lo necesito. Shoddy treatment at the Brickell Motors Honda Service Department

We had to take our 2009 Honda CRV to replace one of the automatic door motors that had proven to be problematic and had been replaced already once before. Instead of acknowledging the fact that there might be a problem with either the motor itself or on the workmanship of the actual install, they instead insisted that I purchase a brand new unit as well as charge for the labor. I had complained that I shouldn't have to pay for replacing a part that had been recently 'fixed' and demanded to speak with the service manager. He assured me as well as other Honda executives who were happening to be touring the facility at the time that my issue would be resolved and that I would be called today with a resolution. I've yet to receive any phone calls from anyone from this dealership's service department and every attempt to reach the people I've spoke with over the weekend has proven to be fruitless. This is the straw that broke the camel's back with my tolerance with this dealership in general and I would advise any to steer clear of them.

Brickell Honda is not professional, inconsistence and sucks

The sales people there are not professional, inconsistence and sucks. My husband had a very bad experience with buying a new car from them. Then they had an issue to get the title of my traded in car. They told me to contact the dealer loan service to fax over the lien release letter. I did that. Then they said I should mail over the original letter. I told them I only have the faxed copy of the letter. The guy told me that was okay. I did mail it to them. Then the title lady told me I still need to get the original copy. I did everything they told me to do but they still didn't get the title. Because of that, they hold on sending my husband's license plate to the new car. Now we cannot drive the car since we don't have the license plate and the registration form. They put the blame on us for not getting the title of my traded in car. I did exactly the guy told me to do and now we are suffering... The way of their doing business is not professional and inconsistent. We will never do any business with them!

They made me regret very much of buying a car.

BRICKELL HONDA has no respect at all for first-time buyers. They had a beautiful add online, the car looked perfect, the salesman guaranteed the car had no previous problems and was never involved in a accident...HE SOLD ME A WRECKED CAR, he lied about it, until 5 days later I could feel the car was strange and I found out about car-fax, when I got it, there was a accident reported. BRICKELL HONDA are not serious about what they do, from the owner to the car wash guys.... they were the worse, not to mention the parts and service people... I have no idea where they came from, but they are not professionals. I left that place crying every one of the 20 times I had to go back there. SHAME ON BRICKELL MOTORS HONDA @ SW 8Th Street.
