Resolved: No Show - Deposit Not Refunded

After pursuing "legal" action through the county Office of Consumer Affairs, deposit was refunded 5 months after work was scheduled

Ryan Horochovic (owner), despite repeated calls, emails and texts, refused to return our call and schedule our work after we signed a contract and provided and initial deposit. After realizing the work was not going to be done, we requested a refund of our deposit via a complaint logged through the Better Business Bureau which was received and acknowledged by the owner of the company. In that communication, owner acknowledged and confirmed he would return our deposit. To date, still haven't received refund over one month after owner confirmed he would return our initial deposit
