This company is a scam!
The contacted us saying we want a free trip and had to pay a port fee to secure the cruise. They then said that due to regulation changes, the cruises are not an option and offered a resort.
They refused to refund what we paid for the cruise, and you basically have to pay so many fees for the resort that it ends up being cheaper if you book it yourself. Their customer support is horrible. Nothing is mentioned upfront.
They make you pay fee after fee, and nothing is refundable. Do not fall for this trap!
