I am disappointed that a grown business like Brian Loncar is so naïve that he doesn't understand when he starts dealing with truck drivers and running them down, that they are the people that move the nation trying to make a buck. I see on the internet where he has 22 reviews and eighteen of them were very bad.

Mostly, I don't understand why Channels 4, 6, and 12 advertise for him. Could it be that they are desperate for a buck also, if this isn't enough, then get a report from the BBB I also think that Brian Loncar should get a real job and quit ripping people off.

I was hit by a semi and Brian loncar 8 months after the accident , still can not get the other insurance to accept liability . Despite the semi driver being cited on scene.

They never answer the phone or call me back. I am looking to fire them.

A rock hauler overtook my vehicle and drifted into my lane to make contact on the driver's side of my car. I leaned on my horn because there was no way to remove my vehicle from the situation.

The rock hauler smashed my vehicle until I was eventually pushed onto and over the curb once we cleared several telephone poles (one smashed my car on the right). I jumped out running to try and get his license plate number, but the trucker ran the stop sign and down-shifted to gain speed; leaving the scene of the accident. Upon returning 18 minutes later, the trucker approached me and asked me "what happened"; but I deferred to the officer so that he would answer the question for the truck driver. The officer came back from the trucker to tell me that that trucker didn't know that he had ran over me and that "somebody" told him that he had run over me.

With the driver (1) Fleeing the scene(2) Asking me "what happened"(3) Obvious damage to my vehicle, these all would seem enough to show fault; but still too much for the Loncar associates!

In Mr. Loncar's commercial, he says that they'll fight for everything we deserve; but I was told that they don't have the manpower to pursue my case. I went online and I personally counted 9 offices in Texas and a long list of associates on the website in Dallas.

He should amend his commercials a bit.

My reason for chosing Loncar was that I was passing through the intersection where someone had t-boned him in his Rolls one morning and my thought was that he understood my situation because he had been there personally.

Wrong again, I won't call or refer them in the future. Live and learn.

about january 2012, i got in a car accident, while driving a custom made car.

as i was puilling out of a kfc parking lot (looked many times before i pulled out onto the service road) this drugged up guy came flying out of a mcdonalds parking lot next to the kfc... from 0 to 40 like he was the only driver on the road.

any he was at fault, i had really bad whip lash and back pains. (i already had a bad back but the accident made it even worse) clearly i was at a loss. the man total my husbands car and all his fault. there were many whitnesess on site, but the man looked a little crazy so i only had one that would talk to the cop.

so as i was at home later that day i heard about brian loncar the "strong arm". i called right away. they asked me many questions, explained everything that went on. they sent me to therepy for 3 weeks and then DROPPED my case.

cant help me... i didnt provide enought evidence. WHAT??? really u see the car, yall spoke with the other driver and the whitness...

they said they coudlnt not help me at all. guess if u werent hurt as bad as brian...

or in the hospital... they cant help you!!!
