It was filed dec 2025 we submitted a demand letter still no response.

- Waiting a long time for a unit update, I accepted Relocate RFO hoping to move in soon, but updates stopped.
No any feedback from bria no one message or any reply. Im too much waiting this update of my unit already how many years i pay and wait.i accept the RElocate RFO even if idont like the place HOping that it would be as soon as possible i can movein, but then again after filling all document that they need after.rushing all to submit and already sign contract they stop update me again what happen why again i didn't get my unit???

Last payment was on April 30. However the agent who was assigned to us did not contact us at all.
My father reached out multiple times but to no avail.
I intervened and manage to get her to reply after multiple attempts. I tried everything to locate her and if the issue still persist i will go there in person and settle it myself and i will go to dhsud if needed

The agent did not contact us, the payment should be done by april but we have not been contacted by the agent 3 months even though my father sent multiple emails to get a response. - Previously allowed not paying 200 pesos due to no occupants; new admin now requires payment due to garbage.
No body replies in my email.
I brought a house at Brian la hacienda Teresa Rizal, in 2019 they hand over the house. But I don't leave there and not fully renovation.
The admin said to my sister it's ok not to pay the 200pesos because no body leave in the house and no garbage to collect, but this year someone threw garbage in front of my house and we cleaned and now they threw again.
But now the new admin what is to pay. Please do something

Good evening!
This is to inform you that I've been dealing with my requested refund for a span of 6 months now, and yet I still havent received my refund. Thankfully, just last 2 weeks ago, I was scheduled for claiming my refund check but unfortunately i still havent got it since there was a discovered overpayment on your system and the staff who assisted me (ms.
Euna) told me that this needs to be reprocessed. I was hesitant to agree at first since Ive already had enough waiting for the refund. But she guaranteed that the re-processing of the check released will only be a maximum of 2 weeks and it will be in the form of check deposit to account. I then held her accountable for the request, and she gave me contact number of ms shaira tan ( my new acct officer ) 0963286**** which was by the way not reachable everytime i tried to call.
I tried to email ms shaira, and she replied that this was still being handled by your accounting department. I replied to her, that your personnel (Ms. Euna) guaranteed to reprocess the refund within two weeks. Given the difficulties I encountered the previous time I visited your office, you should adhere rigidly to that schedule.
And as of this very moment, I still havent received any reply from the account officer handling this account.
I no longer know how to resolve this concern when the contact person assigned to my account was not handling this concern with due diligence. With this, im hoping for an expedite process of the re-processing of my refund.
I would be grateful as well for any clarification why your staff (ms. Euna) would guarantee a time frame that is not doable in your end, and a full explanation as to why i dont received any feedback from your team (both the amgpifmegamanila and ms shaira tan herself).
Looking forward for your immediate assistance on this.
