Sir kumuha po kasi aq nang bahay kulang sa 3 years ko hinulugan kaso nirefund ko sir kasi sobrang tagal ni paso walang nagawa tapos sabi po ung unit nmin ay hindi na gagawin binigyan kmi nang option kung refund or upgrade so nagdecide nlng po kmi nang kaptid ko nang refund tapos almost 6 months na kmi nag aantay wla p po ung refund nmin tapos ung agent na contact nmin ay di po nagrereply tapos lahat po nang page nang bria ay nagmessage na din po kmi sana po matulungan nyo kami

I brought a house at Brian la hacienda Teresa Rizal, in 2019 they hand over the house. But I don't leave there and not fully renovation.

The admin said to my sister it's ok not to pay the 200pesos because no body leave in the house and no garbage to collect, but this year someone threw garbage in front of my house and we cleaned and now they threw again.

But now the new admin what is to pay. Please do something

ACCOUNT OFFICER NOT RESPONDING PROMPTLY WITH REFUND CONCERN AND STAFF NOT GIVING CORRECT TIME FRAME FOR REFUND PROCESSING

Good evening!

This is to inform you that I've been dealing with my requested refund for a span of 6 months now, and yet I still havent received my refund. Thankfully, just last 2 weeks ago, I was scheduled for claiming my refund check but unfortunately i still havent got it since there was a discovered overpayment on your system and the staff who assisted me (ms.

Euna) told me that this needs to be reprocessed. I was hesitant to agree at first since Ive already had enough waiting for the refund. But she guaranteed that the re-processing of the check released will only be a maximum of 2 weeks and it will be in the form of check deposit to account. I then held her accountable for the request, and she gave me contact number of ms shaira tan ( my new acct officer ) 0963286**** which was by the way not reachable everytime i tried to call.

I tried to email ms shaira, and she replied that this was still being handled by your accounting department. I replied to her, that your personnel (Ms. Euna) guaranteed to reprocess the refund within two weeks. Given the difficulties I encountered the previous time I visited your office, you should adhere rigidly to that schedule.

And as of this very moment, I still havent received any reply from the account officer handling this account.

I no longer know how to resolve this concern when the contact person assigned to my account was not handling this concern with due diligence. With this, im hoping for an expedite process of the re-processing of my refund.

I would be grateful as well for any clarification why your staff (ms. Euna) would guarantee a time frame that is not doable in your end, and a full explanation as to why i dont received any feedback from your team (both the amgpifmegamanila and ms shaira tan herself).

Looking forward for your immediate assistance on this.

For water and electric reimbursment

I would like to ask why is it too long to process my electric and water connection reimbursment? .

Its been a month for me to wait my money to be back. Any immediate action on my concern..

the engineer wasnt responding on my tex messages ..the admin have no idea also when to reimburse my money. Para admin ng bria puro nagpapabalik balik ng customer .mga di alaam panu sulostionan ung concern ng mga client nila..Never

Hindi mo alam sino ba talaga may hawak ng account mo kung santa cruz laguna o san pablo laguna. parehong nang hihingi ng paulit ulit na document sayo tapos silang dalawa hindi nag uusap.

tapos kapag nagpasa ka naman sa susunod na araw magreresign na yung pinag pasahan mo tapos wala na namang alam yung mga susunod na empleyado. pinag seminar ka sa pag ibig hangang sa na expired nalang dahil walang nag asikaso kahit ang dami mong follow up walang nasagot. nakakapikon, nakakainis, at nakakagalit. BRIAAAAA meron pa ba akong makakausap na matino sainyo.

hindi yung magaling lang kapag kausap mo. mag bibigay sayo ng email o contact number tapos kapag nag email ka o tumawag walang NASAGOTTTT.

di mo alam kong MANHID ba. Pasensya na nakakaubos na kasi ng pasensya.

Accounting and finance department kept on delaying my refund and acct officer not responding in a timely manner

Good day!

This is to express my concern about this matter once more. It appears that your accounting and finance department did not take this matter seriously because my requested refund has still not been received.

Ms. Shaira, your account officer, informed me that processing a refund usually takes two weeks, but I've been waiting for nearly six months now. She insisted that the cheque was still needed signatures from your cheque signatories. I want to emphasise once more that your account officer was not responding to my concern in a timely manner and she will only do so if I bring up the issue on this website.

My only request was that this refund be processed immediately because your accounting and finance department continues putting it off.

Secondly, I am requesting a daily update regarding the status of this refund so that I could be sure your account officer was handling it carefully. Make sure my refund is sent to me before the end of this month.
