Brg community is a really go place to live. Maintenance was on it when I put in a request for something to be fixed . 10/10

Crown Station Amelia...whilst this isn't the worst place to live it isn't ideal either. they nickel and dime you to death...they charge for EVERYTHING, there are NO AMENITIES, you pay for water, sewer and trash removal, the washer and dryer are more expensive than other places with less minutes on the dryer so you have to add extra money, our oven doesn't work, our fridge drips water, it is OLD and delapidated, yet they finally sent maintenance to 'fix' fridge LOL it still drips water onto my food, the office ladies walk around with clipboards just looking for anything they can tape a note to your door about, the latest was about the damned mini blinds, a few of the slats got bent, not broken, just bent.

we have a week to replace them, yet it takes them 2 weeks to finally get maint. here for an oven that hasn't worked in 9 months. and THEN they leave a note 2 and a half months before lease is up to take advantage of their wonderful resident program WTF?

You have 3 choices, you move, or you renew lease and the rent goes up $30, and a year after and every year thereafter a certain percent, like $20 OR you can go on month to month for a mere $100 more a month...again WTF? There is only 1 a/c in the living room, the bedrooms are sweltering in the summer, the toilet doesn't flush right, takes 3 flushes each time and remember YOU pay for the water, the fan in the bathroom doesn't work, the door to the patio leaks cold air in the winter and hot in the summer, and this is a pretty old complex, used to have a really bad rep, I guess they cleaned it up a bit, but this is a big corp, they are greedy and will suck you dry for every single dime you have and could care less if you are struggling just to make ends meet, I would not recommend living here, its not worth the rent and like I said no amenities, you pay for EVERYTHING, I'm beginning to wonder when they will start to charge for the air we breathe

I live at Indian Lookout in Cincinnati Ohio 45238, I have asked the light in the stairway to be repaired for over a year. As \ we go out at night it is difficult to walk the stairs.

So since it was not fixed we took our chances, as time passed our dishwater would leak when we used it. we called repairs, they stated we needed a new one and expect it by Friday or Monday, it was Monday before we called them back, lover a week/.

So on Thursday i called the office, I was told it would be in stalled by Friday or Monday, NO BIGGIE. Well time went until the following Friday, 4 days later, the Office told me it would be asap, I'm still waiting. We always pay our rent on time, been here 7 hears, I thought we were in GOOD standing, I am mistaken.

We hardly ever make a complaint we are Friendly, we are now wondering what we did.

Please HELP!! We are now without a pool and basketball courts, but we are still paying 100 percent rent but not getting what we pay for/ No pool furniture if we do get use of pool and its seems we are coming up short.PLEASE EXPLAIN!!

I have lived at brg for a long time they do try to keep the place clean the people who have pets do not clean up after there pets I have good neighbors quite building the parking is terrible no one has assigned parking lots of people have pets and the office does not know about it so they do not pay for the pets my problem is I am on a fixed income they raise my rent every year they raise every ones rent every year it is getting terrible they need to look at the seniors who live there and help them lower there rent instead of raisening the rent every year it seems like it is all about money instead of the people who pay there rent on time and is never late

I am resident of the BRG apartments in Fox Run Drive.

Lately we have had a terrible parking issue which remains unsolved.

Yesterday we had to leave the car in a reserved spot. My other option was to leave my car on the street.

The next day I expected that I would have a warning from the manager.

This lady instead of leaving a note she placed a permanent sticker on my front window thus damaging it.

Moreover she set my life in danger because she placed it right in front of the drivers seat. Thus, i had to leave my car and take a taxi in order not to kill myself.

This lady had the right to warn me but not to damage my car and set me in danger.

We are planning to take an action against her and the company if the company does not take an action against her.

Her role is to run efficiently the apartments without damaging foreign properties and the reputation of the company.

I moved in early spring, the amount of dog *** on sidewalks and in front of building was unbelievable! It started to get cleaned up and then Sincery left and we are stuck with Erica.

Nothing gets done, you never see her picking-up trash or dog ***. My patio door and windows still haven't been replaced, they aren't sealed and I can't even see out my door. So I am forced to hang to hang blankets over my door and windows. If your not a friend of Erica and you hold her accountable you are out of luck for repairs.

Gutters are over flowing, it's a mess here. Recommend, DO NOT RENT HERE!
