Poor accommodations
Stayed at Phoenix East :PE2 2005
Unit was old and needs to be refreshed. All beds completely worn out, mold around kitchen sink, unbelievable but carpet in beds room was old outdated and filthy.
Stayed many times with your company but this type of deteriorated unit should not be in your rental pool. In the future will have to consider Destin,
- Still allows inferior units to be leased
Preferred solution: Price reduction
