I bought the Brestrogen cream and it did not make any difference at all. They advertise a 60-day money back guarantee, but I have not been able to get any response from them.

I bought the Brestrogen cream online on Dec 7th, 2019. My order ID is 201912****46-01****. I used the cream for 45 days and did not see any change in size or shape of my chest. My size before using it was a 36A and is still the same.

They guarantee results and advertise all over their website (https://brestrogen.com/en/index.html#home) that if you don't see any change within 60 days, you can have a full refund. I have emailed them at least 9 times from 2 different email addresses since 25th January 2020 and the emails keep bouncing back saying they are not deliverable. They say: "Your message wasn't delivered. Despite repeated attempts to deliver your message, the recipient's email system refused to accept a connection from your email system." I also emailed them without the attachments and this email did go through, but I got no response.

I have also messaged them through their online contact form, but haven't had any response. I have also called, but no-one answers, it goes to voicemail (it doesn't say it is the "Brestrogen" voicemail) and have left a message, but no-one has responded. My email contains all the relevant information they require for a full refund including time stamped before and after pictures (not nude), a copy of my Driver's License front and back, a sworn statement that I have signed and my bra size before using the cream and after, plus the order # etc. I also contacted the BBB to see if they could get a response and the company didn't respond to them either.

I am very frustrated at this point in time because I simply get no response from them, yet they processed my order very quickly, so the website is still working. Also, I keep getting advertisements from them sent to me.

I used a cream that was guaranteed to work and has done absolutely nothing and would like a full refund as I have all the proof they require that it did not work for me. This is NOT an honorable company and does not adhere to their 60-day money back guarnantee.
