Dealer won't or can't repair the stero unit in my highlander
Music system goes blank when phone contacts are installed in stereo. Unit willpower back up sometimes when car is restarted

Can NEVER be trusted...EVER!
I went in to brent brown toyota in orem, utah to purchase a corolla. They said they did not have the one I wanted but they would order it. I put $1000 down to reserve the car. They told me it would be there in 2 weeks. 4 weeks later the car was still not there, and for those few weeks in between I got the run around from the original sales person and the manager. We had to call the "red" phone multiple times and never got any positive results. They were not wanting to give my money back so I had to get nasty. I finally just went to Enterprise and bought a car...in one day! You ppl suck at brent brown toyota, never will I go or recommend anybody else go either.
