I purchased tickets for 2 separate movies online at Brenden Theatre, but I had to pay 2 separate service charges as the site would not allow me to purchase tickets for 2 separate movies. When I arrived, there was only one employee working the concession and entry to theatres.

He said he was alone. The line was long, and we all missed the beginning of both movies. My 91-year-old disabled mother had to be rushed with her walker, which was not an easy task. After getting everyone—1 senior and 4 children—into 2 theaters, I proceeded to the concession stand where the one employee was doing his best, but being alone and rushed didn't help.

When it was my turn to order, he informed me that they were out of quite a few things including all hot food, e.g., hot dogs, nachos, etc., and since we were counting on eating there, I had to compensate and order popcorn, drinks, and candy, which was fine. Then the employee informed me he was out of the proper cups and supplies for the Rifle Falls and other specials, so again I had to purchase less popcorn and drinks but, of course, for more money and no refills.
So my day at the theater, not including tickets, cost me $85 for refreshments, and the tickets charged me the additional service charges. Being a single mom in these hard days, this was a very expensive day at the theater, and we all missed the beginning of our movies, not due to any fault of our own but due to the theatre being understaffed.

I purchased tickets for 1 senior, 1 adult, and 3 kids online and arrived early so we could avoid any problems and still had these issues. We really liked going to the Brenden Rifle Theatre in the past, but this last visit was a horrible experience. When I called the phone number I was given online to contact main customer service, it said that number was no longer in service.

So I appreciate getting this email and the opportunity to inform you of the entire situation. Thank you for your time.
