We have a trip in June booked and they were great at making arrangements. But I have been trying for 3 weeks to contact them by phone and email to make the last payment and to amend the car rental arrangements.
I have been on hold for over an hour 4 different times. When I email, they just send me the same invoice repeatedly.

Preferred solution: I just want to make my last payment by phone and to discuss our rent car arrangements. My only complaint is that they are IMPOSSIBLE to contact.
