My bill is for something I do not hv. I hv a family practitioner doctor who is a male Dr Drew d r e w same as mine Glover who I've had for over 5 years My specialist for my right foot is in the pain c

Initially, neither of the customer service representatives that I spoke with could seem to understand anything I was telling them and would reiterate their question over and over again. I didn't appreciate that.

Then I don't recognize anything about this device choice that they said I had gotten. I had to holler and raise my voice to get them to hear what I was saying.

I was in customer service for over 30 years, and they don't have to speak to my customers in such a fashion. They should have been able to tell me where my service was, on what date, and what item I had received for this bill; they were unable to do so.
