- - Refund requires original packaging; buyer pays shipping to the UK; 40% refund if donated.
The return policy on the Wearbreeze site is deceptive. It says full refund within 90 days.
It says easy, no hassle. None of that is true. To receive a refund, the buyer must: A) have the item in its original packaging, meaning you can't open it to try on the product, and B) for a refund, the buyer is stuck paying for shipping back to the UK. Most insulting is the offer from customer service to refund 40% so that the buyer can then donate the product(s) locally.
What?
If donation is such a great thing, how about paying the freight back to the UK and donating them yourselves! I love the shoes and tried to love the shirts, but the return policy is just sad.

WELL WHEN I HADNT RECEIVED THE 2 PAIRS OF SHOES I ORDERED I STARTED TO FREAK OUT! I DONT LIKE GETTING RIPPED OFF!
FINALLY RECEIVED MY SHOES! THANK YOU! THEY ARE FOR MY SON! I HAVENT GIVEN THEM TO HIM YET!
AFTER HE TAKES THEM OUT FOR A TEST DRIVE I WILL RESPOND WITH HIS OPINION OF THEM! THATS MY STORY AND IM STICKING TO IT!
