Paid over 1100.00 & got nothing

Over two weeks ago I paid over $1100 for a whelping box and other whelping supplies. I paid a whopping $62 for expedited shipping that was guaranteed to arrive by August 4, 2020 which was my dogs due date for the delivery of her puppies.
She ended up having the puppies on July 30, 2020. She had them on my bed because I had no whelping supplies. Worse yet, one of my puppies died six days later. I cant help but thinking that being without the heat lamp I ordered had something to do with the puppys death.
I was devastated and heartbroken. I have called and emailed at least 20 times each with absolutely no response. It is now August 9 and I still have no supplies and no return phone calls or emails.
Have I been ripped off? I am pissed beyond words.

I have been in the market for a whelping box for the past couple of months. After doing my research, I decided to go with BreederBase.com's Extra Large whelping box.
I've been calling this company for the past month. I've called them close to a dozen times now, left them three messages but nobody calls me back! And this is all SALES related! I haven't even purchased anything from them yet! Imagine how they'll treat their customers AFTER the sale.
What's worse is that they don't even have a "Contact Us" tab or an online e-mail form to fill out. So basically unless they pick up their phone, hire somebody to call back those *** customers (I.E: Me) who leave voice mail messages or provide an alternate method of contacting them, if you purchase one of their products you're pretty much out of luck for any support. I just wanted to find out how much these guys were going to charge to ship to Ontario, Canada.
I definitely won't be purchasing anything from these people. Buyer beware!!!!!

I purchased the thermal Whelp system on November 25, 2014. I plugged it up and put the bulb in the bulb heated and exploded had fire dripping from it and the company would not refunded or provide a replacement.
They would not call me back during the 30 day. To authorize a return of the defective product. This unit cost $200 as a complete waste of money and very dangerous!
Don't buy it if you love your pets. I made every attempt to contact them and to resolve the matter but they refused to call back or respond to request.

Since there is no evidence of the "exploded" bulb, one can only speculate that this is a scam from you.
Call your credit card company and dispute the charges.
