Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Finally spoke to owner, who rectified, with a partial refund
So, this company was once my go to air conditioning contractor. I spent a lot of money with them and was on contract for air conditioning service.
They made a drastic error and installing a UV light and never disclosed until another company found that the light and casing was broken inside.
I have reached out to this company with about 20 emails and 30 messages and have received no callbacks then I tried calling them from another phone and they answered on the first ring. I would stay away from this company as they do not take responsibility for their work

Duct cleaning service
They sent one person who spent one hour on the job. A duct cleaning takes two people at least four hours.
Only when I sent a letter of complaint did I receive a refund.
I will never use them again. They are willing to cheat their customers.
