There is no response from any customer service rep. or even from their office Manager Loretta Beeuwsaert, whom I sent several fax to.
I was hoping for the Insurance claim investigator that interviewed me, could spare a minute . I have texted and even sent email's then I get a response stating that the email address is not correct. Yet that is what is associated with the Breathe Easy company. The reason I need this accident report is the Sacramento CA.
DMV has requested it for secondary proof of vehicle insurance at the time of minor accident.
As Breathe Easy or Kemper had failed to send the DMV my name on their proof of Insurance information that they are required to file. I was excluded from the paperwork all tho my Vehicle was listed!
