- - No response from customer service or Loretta Beeuwsaert after faxes.
- - DMV requested accident report for insurance; I was excluded from paperwork.
There is no response from any customer service rep. or even from their office Manager Loretta Beeuwsaert, whom I sent several fax to.
I was hoping for the Insurance claim investigator that interviewed me, could spare a minute . I have texted and even sent email's then I get a response stating that the email address is not correct. Yet that is what is associated with the Breathe Easy company. The reason I need this accident report is the Sacramento CA.
DMV has requested it for secondary proof of vehicle insurance at the time of minor accident.
As Breathe Easy or Kemper had failed to send the DMV my name on their proof of Insurance information that they are required to file. I was excluded from the paperwork all tho my Vehicle was listed!
User's recommendation: Do not waste your time or money on this falsely advertised Auto Insurance, unless of course you need a SR22 that is the only agency that offers it as my roommate utilized it, when he completed the required they never updated his file do he got stopped by police because car licence plates were flagged .!
