He did not apologize or offer compensation for putting me through *** unable to even look at my guitar let alone play it since this happened.

I signed up for a $27 guitar course from him to try out and he charged me $454.75 that left me broke for the rest of the mth unable to get groceries that he did nothing about for the next 2 weeks. When I contacted him he LATER he slowly paid me back in 3 separate payments and kept on E-mailing me to buy his other courses like nothing happened.

I politely asked him for restitution in the way of a free $97 membership and course and he strongly declined my suggestion for him to apologize for leaving me broke for so long after the fact. He offered me nothing and was very rude in his reply to me about the whole thing. His reviews on YouTube are the worst I have ever seen called "Sor Hands" -September 24/2024 being stupidly made and regergitated misleading over- complicating guitar lessons reviewed by Cameron Fernandez a college Music Professor in a two part write up warning against dealing with him very strongly.

Breakthroughguitar by Jonathan Boyd has caused me to be unable to even look at my guitar let alone play it being too depressed about the whole incident that I thought I was being scammed which I still think I was because of his very rude attitude towards me and no apology what so ever. All I asked of him was a free guitar course and membership to forget about what he did to me and move forward that wouldn't cost him a cent but he was full of negativity without any offer at all like he didn't care at all for burning me and draining my chequings account not having a savings account being on an Old Age Pension for the last year that barely gets me by living on my own with many terrible health issues that I struggle with badly and my guitar was my only redemption to fulfill my life on.

Now that that's been damaged with terrible memories of no food in the house because of this selfish scammer with no disregard for anyone he mislead and or burns. It was a terrible incidents that will take me awhile to get over and getting a free membership and a good lesson was the only way I could see me getting over this thinking that good people can make mistakes and therefore acceptable but not in this case.

I reported an incident with you about a Subway restaurant that treated me unfairly and because of your interception with them I go there every so often because my Pharmacy is right there and they now treat me like royalty and is now a place with good memory's thanks to you. I hope you can help me resolve this issue with Breakthroughguitar that I would still be open to a fair treatment that would solve my bitterness with them having a free Membership along with a few of their best lessons that I still record in my book that seem to be ok yet.

Thank you very much for hearing me out with this horrific issue that I'm loosing sleep over not to mention being unable to play my guitar at all any more like I use to. Have a great day and hope to hear from you soon.

User's recommendation: Watch who you get guitar lesson from by looking at their reviews fist to be on the safe side because there are so many out there that just want your money having little talent if any at all and just copy other people's music lessons.

Breakthrough Guitar here. We don't have any courses that would come out to that amount you have listed.

So it does seem like some wires are being crossed here with perhaps us and another guitar instruction company. Also, what you describe is like nothing we (the management team) have ever encountered in our routine checks on how our support team are doing. We have no record of an agent ever rudely rejecting a student the way you have described. They would be immediately dismissed if found having done so.

What you have described is very different than any interaction we have with our students. And our massive Facebook community will support us on that claim. You're welcome to join and see for yourself. We also do not refund students in 3 instances, as you mentioned.

If we refund you, you are refunded for the exact transactions you made. If you bought 3 products, you could be refunded 3 times. If you bought 1 product, you'd have been refunded 1 time. I do believe perhaps you have bought products from multiple guitar companies, which is not uncommon, and have attributed all the charges and support to Breakthrough Guitar.

We reply to all emails that come to our support team and we're happy to refund students. In your case, I know our team would have been VERY QUICK to get you refunded to ensure you felt no inconvenience whatsoever regarding your account. We do not hassle students over refunds, we provide them immediately.

Send us an email at support@***.com and we'll be happy to review your account, your history with our support team and take care of you. I think it will clear up some confusion.

I have tried to contact them for 2 weeks and have not gotten an email back from them. You can only contact them by email; no response.

If you emailed us, we replied to you. If you asked for a refund, we refunded you.
