Illegal withholding of my pay
- Payment is delayed 6 weeks with no check issued.
- The check was printed incorrectly and a tech delay is given instead of direct deposit.
They have refused to pay me its been 6 weeks and no check. They printed it wrong and have been making excuses saying I must wait for a tech guy when all they have to do is direct deposit like my other checks after.
Instead they are illegally keeping my pay. Phone numbers are fake and no on returns calls.

I came in to turn in the ticket where I won $40, which was the double match cards, at the right time on Smiley Lane. I only bought four of the same ticket, which would’ve been eight dollars.
I should’ve gotten 32 back, but I only got 30 back when I came back up to get the rest of my money. The lady argued with me and said she gave it to me when she didn’t, so she kept my two dollars that I was supposed to get back with that 30. I need my money back, or I’m going to seek a lawyer because that’s bad business.
The pictures below show the money that I got back, which is not 32, and a picture of the ticket is the brand that I bought. I only bought four of those, so I should’ve had 32 coming back, and I didn’t receive it; she kept my two dollars.

I was pumping my gas and the pump was so slow it was stupid.I was watching the pump and when I turned around gas was spewing out as it did not shut off when full like it is supposed to.Gas everywhere and no paper towels in the windshield washer thing to help wipe it off the car.No telling how much money I wasted with that.I'm beyond pissed.

- At Savannah MO, my daughter was there with her granddad around 1-1:30 pm.
- Sally told her to leave; the rep outside was screaming and cussing at her kids' dad.
At the Savannah mo location my daughter was in there this afternoon around 1-1:30pm getting drinks with her grandfather she was snap chatting on her phone Sally told her she could leave and get out of her store. Then the same customer service rep was out side screaming and cussing at what was believed to be her kids dad.

Preferred solution: This is an on going issue with this employee. She has also called my daughter’s sister dum for over looking the straws. Sally has also stated she’s friends with a Becky which is the district manager and nothing will happen
Store problems
Theres a bunch of stuff going on at the store, not eligible to purchase cigarettes, tobacco products, various items in the store. The gas prices are still high on every place around us is much lower.

- BreakTime has no interest in customer service, and without customers there would be no BreakTime or employment offers.

Hahaha! Im not repeating this nonsense as it is very tedious and time consuming.
But, BreakTime has no interest in providing their customers with Customer Service Support.
As apparently the Employee is always right.
Strange. I was always told and instructed that the Customer is always correct as without them, there would be no Break Time or Employment offers.

- Dexter location cashier refused to call her manager.
- Customer requests manager retrieve my debit card from the safe; I have no gas to get home.
Well, it hasn’t developed at all considering I was dismissed and not entitled to file a complaint.
So this cashier working at the Dexter location is refusing to call her manager as I, the CUSTOMER who EMPLOYS HER, requested so.
The reason I requested her call her manager is so that they may come get MY debit card out of the safe. I have NO GAS to get home.
Preferred solution: My card back?? I want the MANAGER to bring his behind up her and get my card out of the safe. As he is paid SALARY.

Rude manager smokes in store tells clerk who to not sell beer to Saturday at 12:18 I went they wouldn't sell me beer then later took my cousin to get cigarettes and all other customers walking out with twisted teas and beer would understand if I was drunk or had been buying a lot there but had not all day and evening it's the manager she does this alot with me and my cousin and certain customers I call that discrimination with Hispanics and poor management You'll welland are already losing customers due to her poor attitude with customers I'm a regular that. I visited the breaktime at 2801 W Broadway in Sedalia, Missouri today at 1:08 PM. I haved stopped here for many years.
Today my rewards card was not accepted at the pump. I topped off my tank with 6 gallons and went inside for a soda. I talked to a very nice young man at the counter. He got a lady to help.
She was very rude and condescending to me.
I am elderly but not stupid. This is not acceptable.

Disrespectful manager
- Dexter MO Break Time: Kenny the manager cursed me out through his window after I signaled someone to drive; he's been rude to me and my sister.
I was at an intersection in front of the dexter Missouri break time store didnt see that their manager Kenny was turning so I signaled someone to drive and he started cussing me out through his window Ive had nothing but bad experiences with him hes been rude and disrespectful to me and my little sister every time weve gone to this store

Very disappointed
- Outside trash and cigarette butts; inside is sticky.

At 4 pm on 6 / 19 i went into this store. While there were people standing outside talking.
There was only 2 un the store. Outside trash was full, cigarette butts outside the front door. Inside was just as bad. Everything was sticky, trash on the floor.
No hello. But the woman at the counter just standing there. She acted like it was an imposition to help me. The store had a look of nasty, dirty.
Sunday it was clean and neat after 12 pm. When i went in this lady said hello and was very nice and helpful. Then today i went in at 7.15. Saw no one.
When i was filling my soda cup, i saw all the soda and tea machines were all sticky as was the floor mat. When i was walking to the counter a woman stepped through the door. I had heard her sa hello just before she came through the doorway. Then she muttered that she had been saying hello but that no one responded.
She was not friendsly and rung my order wrong and i told that i didnt see the rewards. She asked if i knew i had anything coming. I said yes. She rerang it and it came clear.
She also was just short of rude.
