Rates are very good but customer service is terrible.
Questions posted online are ignored. Reps answering phone after long wait do not speak English clearly and supply different answers to the same question. Applications are rejected without explanation. POD beneficiary process is needlessly complex. Discourages future business. Generally labor intensive compared to competition.
User's recommendation: Avoid if you have limited time to deal with issues.

I have been trying to conact these people by phone and secure message for 3 days, secure message won't reply back and cannot speak with anyone by phone, also my card keeps getting rejected
I want to close my account but can't get any cooperation, they won't let me log into my account, they will not respond to my messages, and you cannot get anyone on the phone I've been trying for 3 days now, I am at the point of getting my lawyer involved, this is no way to run a business, my opinion is they should require employees to have at least a 5th grade education
