Working for a school district I have dealt the NAPA as a vendor for 20 years. We have always received excellent customer service. Yesterday we had a school bus break down in Houston which is an hour for our base. Our mechanic called one of the NAPA dealers in Houston to see if they could wait 5 minutes after their closing time so he could get a radiator hose and get the bus back on the road. The dealer said "NO". What a disappointment! This won't hinder our relationship with our NAPA dealer here in Freeport TX, however, it will hinder out dealing with out of town NAPA dealers.
