Bravo Marble And Granite

I used Bravo granite for new countertops in my kitchen. Buyer be ware!!! Many problems and this company is borderline scam!!! Terrible install, terrible customer service and the owner Mike is NOT trustworthy.

wanting to inform people that may have or are looking into useing this person mike (bravo marble and granite ) its bad bad bad scamed to many people you may want to contact the east lampeter zoning and building inspectors they have closed the doors on this goof ball not sure but may want to look into legal help to get your moneys back he has ripped off to many people and i am trying to inform any one that got jacked good luck

I have planned a long time for remodeling my Kitchen--replace old cabinets and granite countertops. I found Marble and Granite Company in the Metro paper. I reviewed the company profile and get to know the company is a family owed business with over 30 years of experience. So I gave a call on 267-255-****. The contract, Fasarakis Mike came to my house at second day and measured thhe sizes of my Kitchen (17ft*17ft, 9ft high) and we signed a contract with $8500.00 to install Cherry solid hard wood cabinets and granite countertops. He did what he said in the Ad of Metro. After the work has done, the color and the qualities of cabinets and granite were exactly what I wanted; the cabinets of walls and bases as well as granite countertops; double steels’ sink; forcet were perfectly installed in the right place of my kitchen. They are looked very nice and I like them so much. He also installed my exhaust fan, dish washer and recovered my water system very well. Mike with his co-workers did a really great professional job for my Kitchen.Also, I would like to say Mike is an honest, responsible person. He takes his responsibilities for his customers. He does what he says. I trust him. I proud of I have meet him and hired him. I love his work.

Hired this company last August for a complete kitchen cabinet and countertop package. They came, did some demo and placed only some of the cabinets. They hung some with drywall nails....others just left sitting. When we complained of thenpoor workmanship, they refused to return unless we paid the balance of the job (we paid $4000 of the $6000 quote which is actually against law in PA). If anyone else has had issues with thIs company, we would like to hear from you as the DA and State AG are investigating this comany.
