There are some truly heartless people that run this company. During our adoption process it was extremely difficult to be granted any time off for court. A week ago we had a death in the family and bereavement is not allowed. It is considered an unscheduled absence. The choice was made to take the time off anyway to assist our mother in this difficult time. Upon returning there was a demotion and a cut in hours. You pretend to be about families and children but it's quite obvious that the company couldn't care less. While the owner is off on a humanitarian mission, her employees are Stateside struggling to put food on the table.
