Poor Management

There are some truly heartless people that run this company. During our adoption process it was extremely difficult to be granted any time off for court.

A week ago we had a death in the family and bereavement is not allowed. It is considered an unscheduled absence. The choice was made to take the time off anyway to assist our mother in this difficult time. Upon returning there was a demotion and a cut in hours.

You pretend to be about families and children but it's quite obvious that the company couldn't care less. While the owner is off on a humanitarian mission, her employees are Stateside struggling to put food on the table.

Tries to cover up Child Abuse

In the situation in the link the owner is blaming the child that was abused however there is a closed Child Protective Services that support the abuse.

The video shows exactly what the employee did to the child. The owner is slandering the child and family instead of doing what is right. Do not take your kids here. The man who abused the child had been doing it for months and the day care covered it up.

Then the owner bribes the parents with free day care if there is a complaint. Parents BEWARE!!!

I am going to have to say until the court case is finished it is all hear say as to what actually took place and would think as adults we might refrain from slandering others prior to knowing the truth of the situation. My experience with the clearfield location has been wonderful so far and my child loves going there compared to other daycares we have enrolled him in bravo has been the most comfortable one for me and him both to deal with.

Please...

back this up with proof not just your emotional response to a Media hanging let the court do its job. My grandson goes here, loves his teacher and is thriving, I have watched how the kids are treated and have seen none of this media frenzy

RUDE& ALL ABOUT THE MONEY

Went to send my 2 year old daughter to Bravo, in Layton Utah, registered her the whole nine yards, well something came up in our financial situation and wasnt able to afford almost 700 dollars in daycare due to me being a single parent and getting my hours cut at my place of employment. Let the director know something has changed in my income, no longer will be going through with this, she said not a problem they would refund the check, then this Bozo from their collections department told me that I owed almost 400 dollars to them, when my daughter hadn't even attended one day..

He also let me know what I was doing was wrong, and yada yada yada, and told me he would still be charging the fee since she was already enrolled... Uhm NO.. thats not how it works sweetheart, he proceeded to tell me that I was dishonest for doing what I did.... Really?

Im dishonest becuase my finances changed and I can no longer afford pricey daycare?! Siyonara sucker!!!!

Take me to collections (Not only that but you can't even enroll a child in their program unless you provide a bank account for them to withdraw from if they arent paid when they require payment.) Nice school, staff sucks. Wont be referring anyone.

So sorry you're having such financial trouble. When you registered we kept that spot open as you requested.

When we reached out to you about your card not going through we expressed our concern about that spot. The conversation ended with us stating we didn't think it was honest to register for a spot (blocking it from others) and then not coming and not paying. Remember, you didn't pay because your card did not go through. Collections was not mentioned in the call, that must have been another company you're working with.

We've never sent a client to collections and we've been open since 2002.
