Difference between B and B plus
Attempting to find out directly from Bravecto whether or not the Plus product kills flea eggs. I cannot find this info anywhere. Regular Bravecto Kills eggs.
Despite emails and phone calls, I couldn't speak to a human being or a customer service rep. I needed to ask a simple question and was unable to get any help from Bravecto customer support.

Refund for nonworking product Bravecto cats
Vets continue to sell Bravecto for $75.90 per tube when it doesnt work in our area and they know it.

The delivery system for this product is frustrating, wasteful and quite incomprehensible

This is our third attempt at this product for 2 cats as we are we are engaged by the 3 month protection ...
but ...this company needs to find a product application system that is safe, capable and comprehensible ... unless of course we pet owners also choose to be free of parasites for 3 months.
Preferred solution: Please clarify/simplify product application in your documentation. We (my husband) are educated and have owned cats for more than 40 years, and we still cannot apply your product without a mess and 10 minutes of GoGone. Clarity is everything :)
