Questions about my bill
I cannot talk to another human it tells me to go to chat. I’ve never been on chat.
I like speaking to another person. They’re making it very difficult to cancel and return my money due to that I would not recommend anybody get their books even though I really like their books so they my grandchildren.
I wasn't able to speak to someone directly over the phone. I had issues with my billing and my cancellation.
