I recieved a briken impeller for a summer waves pool pump
I have ordered from this company for years and I had a lil issue with an impeller. Customer service was extremely sweet and helpful and rushed me a new one right away. I would definitely reccomend Brands on Sale for all of your pool needs!
Worst Customer Service Experience Ever Encountered
This company failed to notify me of an item being out of stock after it allowed me to order the item as "in stock"; and with expedited shipping. upon a lack of shippment notification, i contacted this company to inquire the status only to discover this for myself. I requested a larger but instock item as a substitute and the refused to express ship the item in order to compensate for their customer service's team failure to contact me. instead they gave me 2 options pay for the express shipping myself (an extra $60 on a $60 order)no they would not compensate or else "shop elsewhere". I was MORTIFIED at the attitude of not only the CS agent Joan but also Janelle her supervisor who took the same attitude - don't like it shop somewhere else. And so i did! I wish i had googled this company in advance, apparently my experience with this company seems to be a recurring theme with so many others having a similiar experience and as i see, with the same customer service reps.

I ordered a costume from this company, and the first one I received was a size 0 instead of a size 5. I asked to do a return and get the proper size for the costume. They charged my credit card a second time, and the next costume I received was a green body-suit with bright gold polka dots. Therefore, I asked to do a second return as well. I sent the costumes in, and was told it would take 10 days for my refund to happen after the items were received. On the 11th day, I called to inform the company that I hadn't gotten my money yet. I was then informed that it takes an additional 10 days for the money to post my account. On the 11th day of that waiting period, I called in to inform them I still hadn't gotten my refund for either costume. The representative I talked to promised to e-mail her supervisor and that I could expect the money to be in my account by the end of the day. The next day, I called in because I still hadn't gotten the money and was told by a second representative that the money would be in my checking by the end of the day. I asked to speak to a spuervisor, and was disconnected. I called back, and was put in touch with a supervisor. He told me that he was looking at my account as we spoke, and that he was refunding my costumes at that moment. He told me his computer was being slow, and that he would call me back to let me know if the shipping costs would be refunded as well. I checked my account the next day, and needless to say the money was NOT there. It has been 25 days since I was supposed to get the original refund, and nothing has happened yet. 20% "restocking" fee to return defective item
I ordered a costume for my child for halloween. When I opened the package I could tell immediately it was going to be too small. I ordered size 4-6 yrs. My daughter is 4 years old and wears a size 4. It looked like a size 2. I had her try it on anyway and it was indeed too small. I called to return the costume and was told I would be charged a 20% restocking fee. I asked to speak to a manager. After holding for more than 5 minutes I was told by the manager that they would absolutely not waive the "restocking" fee because it was a seasonal item. I told them that was ridiculous since it was being returned over a month before the holiday. I've ordered online many times and have never had an experience like this. Outrageous!
