Very Dishonest

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

My husband drove 30 minutes to sell his vehicle for the KBB cash price and the dealership did not honor their agreement. We both drove for no reason to this dealership.

Brandon told my husband "I hope Hyundai next door buys your car, because my brother in law works there." Brandon just threaten my husband that he will tell his brother in law not to buy my car at Hyundai.

That's why these type of dealerships loose their partnership with KBB. Thank you for wasting our time!

Brought in my vehicle today to sell it for the guaranteed KBB instant offer cash price, and the dealership did not honor the KBB. They wanted to give me $700 less for what the offer said.

Will contact KBB and definitely ask them why they do business with you guys when you don't value the offer.

I guess you guys are just trying to get customers in door. Will bring my business somewhere else.

I didn't feel comfortable with one of the sales guys. As soon as Brandon realized the situation, everything was remedied. I wish I would have spoken to him sooner.

This place really deserves zero Stars. Worst customer service ever.

My husband and I bought an FJ Cruiser. The windshield needed to be replaced and it was put into the contract that it would be. 11 and a half months later the windshield was finally replaced. They did the worst job.

Glass was already broken, clips were broken, pieces flew off on the interstate, weather stripping is messed up, damaged the body so it ended up leaking and causing more damage to the interior. We have never spoken to the owner, because he will not return our calls. The GM, Joe Harris, is one of the worst human beings we have ever worked with. He has given us the runaround from day one.

No apology. Will not cover the cost of the new windshield replacement. All of this damage was caused by their glass guy. Why he thinks they should not be responsible, is beyond me.

The ethics of people just blows my mind. What would a $500 windshield replacement have been to a dealership? Especially considering it was in the contract. I hope people read this and no one has to deal with the BS we have dealt with for the past year.

And still no windshield! Terrible company.

Terrible customer service. Terrible ethics.

I think they are very *** Liars

We got the car approved at the bank for loan then five minutes later they sold the car to someone else. Once you tell someone yes the car is yours at a certain price nothing should change that.

My girlfriend has search for a convertible for a while now. Went to Brandon Reeves car lot and found what we we're looking for.

Went to the bank and got approved for the loan. As we were getting the paperwork done for the loan we got a call back from the sales person. He said someone else just came in and purchase the car. I think that this was very sheisty and very dishonest.

My opinion I do not think they will be loyalty any customers. Thanks Terry Young

Poor Customer Service after the sale

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

Brandon Reeves Auto claims they inspected all of their vehicle prior to selling them. Thats not true.

I purchased a $40,000 truck from them and after getting it home, found several things that didn't work on the truck (heated seats, map light, heated steering wheel, puddle lights on both sides of the truck, left turn signal indicator on drivers side mirror and the truck had no spare tire (which they eventually replaced). I'm sure I paid for it somehow. It cost me over $500, there cost they said, to get these issues fixed. I'm sure that was padded.

They told me they would charge me for parts only and then when I drove 100 miles for the third time to pick up my truck they charged me for labor too. On the "we owe" paperwork thay said they would fix the Nox sensor which caused the check engine light to come on. The truck has more than one Nox sensor according to the mechanic I spoke with. They supposedly replaced sensor "A" but sensor "B" is the one that needs to be replaced.

After talking with my salesman Chad, he said that the issue with the truck was a separate issue and I would be responsible for getting it fixed. This is the same salesman that reassured me that Brandon Reeves wouldnt leave me hanging. That wasn't true either. Chad was a nice guy but l feel he just wanted to make that end of the year sale.

We even had a conversation about customer service after the sale and how I was a stickler for that.

Chad reassured me that wouldn't happen. Having said all of this, make sure you do your homework before buying a vehicle from these guys.

Brandon Reeves Auto World - Ford Super Duty Truck Review from Pageland, South Carolina

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

Bought a $40,000 truck from Brandon Reeves Auro World. Check engine light on four different times in 12 days.

Truck was mis-represented as having equipment it does not. Was told "Sorry, you had a chance to look it over before you bought it." Of the 12 days owned, truck has been issue-free one day.

Six of those 12, truck has been back at Brandon Reeves with NO RESOLUTION. Be very careful with this dealership, or to use the cliche' "STEALERSHIP".

Please report to BBB. It doesn't take long. Hopefully if more people do this they will not have the opportunity to scam as many people in the future.

Brandon Reeves Auto World

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I was willing to pay the full price for a vehicle as described on the phone by the sales rep at Brandon Reeves Auto World.  She assured me any tears on the seats were repaired, there was no cosmetic damage to the vehicle and no issues under the hood.  I told her I needed the details because I was driving over 2 hours to inspect and most likely purchase.  I took this trip with my wife and 2 children in hopes to drive the vehicle back home.  It is apparent the sales rep never even walked out to the truck to look at since there's two dents in the front bumper in the chrome and the bumper is jacked to one side, several chips and scratches, it looks as if someone took a hammer to the driver side back panel, a tear in the back seat, and wet oil visible under the block after it was running a while.  This was a wasted trip, day, miles on my vehicle, gas and time.  I do not take lightly to deceptive, ignorant, misleading, false advertisement or snake oil sales tricks.  I told another rep this same information and he apparently decided it wasn't important to relay this to the manager. The manager was informed I was just upset about the price.

I then informed the manager of the same issues and I never received another response. The reps here will lie to you and they do not care how far you may be driving to inspect a vehicle.
